I purchased a GoldNhot ModelGH2149. I've only had the opportunity to use it twice. Thefirst timeI used it no problem the cord came ot I was able to reconnect it. The second time the cord came out I was able to put it back in the third time it would not connect. I paid good money for this iron and no longer have receipt so store where I purchased will not refund or exchange can you do anything for me I have owned less than3 months....Cherlyn Read More
