I normally use a very small amount, about a dime size and just smooth it through my towel dried hair (shoulder length) let air dry for about 15 minutes then blow dry with a curl diffuser. This leaves my hair soft, light and frizz free all day long.

The texture of the product would make you think that it is oily, but it's not. It's actually better to use more of the product than you think you would need. The smell is great not overwhelming.
