RebeccaLos Angeles, CAHorrible! Don't Waste Your Money!I have thick, coarse hair & bought these rollers but I ended up returning them because of how much they suck! The heated clip seemed like a really good idea but once I started to use them I realized they might not be because I burned my fingers so many times. After all the scalding, I took the rollers out to find that they had left this weird crimp line from where the heated clips were.posted Sep 28, 2009Link to this post

SarahBurlington, IAIck!I was attracted to these rollers because of the clips. I hate using the metal ones usually supplied with rollers. I thought this would be great. The clips are difficult to use and you have to wrap very small sections of hair to have the clip stay around the roller (else too big and clip falls out). I like big, loose curls so I like to wrap medium to large sections of hair around a roller to acheive this look. It is impossible with these rollers. They also are smelly for some reason. I have them but am going to sell them at my yardsale. Im not a fan.posted Aug 4, 2009Link to this post

Emakoo01Philadelphia, PAThese Are The Amazing!I wanted a set of hot rollers after seeing my friend use her Conair jumbo rollers. Hers came with the metal pins that nobody likes. When I saw these with the clips I knew I would like them. The first time I ever use rollers the hair was falling out of the roller and it was hard to keep it in place - but it just requires practice. These rollers are amazing, easy to use, they are velvety so they hold your hair in place better. THey heat up very fast (90 secs) and you can keep them in as little as 5 min and get amazing results. I have used them three times now and I have never kept them in for longer than 5 minutes. They were totally worth the money.posted Jun 6, 2009Link to this post

MichelleWhittierDangerous Don't BuyI did not like this product. I would not recommend it. the clips were the biggest problem. left a very unsexy dent in my curls, did not hold the my hair to the rollers, not to mention the clips were so hot they burned my ears and back of my neck. I understand that with hot rollers u have to take alittle heat in these areas but this was dangerously hot. no cool spots to hold the rollers...burned my fingers. had to take the rollers out early, smelled my hair burning. do not buy this product. I am returning it asap.posted May 17, 2009Link to this post

MyrnaCaliforniaRemington T Studio Heated Clip SetterI received these as a gift. I would not have purchased them for myself. Like the other reviewers I have found that they leave creases in my hair take a long time to heat and dont curl my hair well. I have also burnt my neck, forehead and neck as the curlers dont stay put well. I would not recommend this product as there seems to be many more products that have gotten better reviews and cost the same or less.posted May 16, 2009Link to this post

KendraAustin, TXGood For The PriceI have had my set for about a year and think they are a fair buy for the money. Depending on how you roll your hair, you may get the little dent one of the other reviewers mentioned but thats because of the clip. I have been able to minimize it depending on how I roll my hair. The rollers and the clips get HOT. I have burned the top of my ear before but thats with all kinds of hot rollers. My hair is very hard to curl. Ive never been able keep curl in my hair until I started using these rollers. I toss them in my hair (less than 15 minutes to roll my whole head) and by the time I finish my make up (10 minutes) and unroll, my hair looks fantastic. Ive learned to work around the negatives because the curl is so effective for my hair.posted May 6, 2009Link to this post

AppleDont BuyAweful! the clips make your hair have a dent in them since the clips are not heated all around! And they burn your skin (not on the scalp) because they dont stay up cuz of the clips.posted Mar 26, 2009Link to this post

NatalieBensenville, IllinoisPretty GoodThis works ok. I didt really like how the curls turned out though. But all I did was put on a cute headband, and with the curls, my hair looked cute. I Like that the curls stay in my hair the whole day.posted Mar 14, 2009Link to this post
