    Clips Are A No-go
I agree with the other reviewers: the clips just don't work on my long hair (which is thin and limp in texture, but of which I have a lot). The rollers just fall out. I also tried the Conair with the "Smart Clips," and they don't work either. So it is back to my little travel set with the little stainless steal pin style clips. Low tech - but they work! But I was hoping to find an alternative to the travel set, something with larger rollers. Oh well.

    Terrible!
For the price, you'd think that these would be good. NOT THE CASE! First of all, the rollers themselves don't get hot--infact, they don't even get warm. The crappy little clips do get hot, however. The clips are so small that they can't even clasp the entire roller and your hair, which ends up in the clip hanging limply off you hair (instead of by your scalp) and burning you on the face. I hate these rollers. Don't buy them. You are better off trying to curl your hair with twigs and fishing wire.

    Works Well
It does a nice job of curling hair.I have no problem with the clips on the small and medium size rollers. Its the large rollers. Its not the strength of the clips. It is that the clips are just a little too small for the large rollers. Its also plain physics. The butterfly handle is what stops the roller from unrolling. So the clips would be more useful if they had something to stop it from unraveling in more than one part of the clip. Not just the center, otherwise, the roller just unravels to the point where the handle portion meets the head. However, if you are good at rolling your hair, and have the rollers close enough together this is not much of a problem at all. Also, I put a shower cap on which holds my head in place. The curls look great, and last all day. I have superfine, long hair.

    The Clips Are Horrible
Same as the previous reviewer, the clips are not strong enough to hold the rollers in place. But I had the same problem with the large rollers, they would all fall off. Do not get these rollers, I am returning them tomorrow.

    Beware Of Clips
The rollers are fine but the heated clips are NOT. They dont hold the small and medium size rollers at all, especially if you have fine hair. The clips are just not strong enough (have enough tension) to hold the smaller sizes on your head. When I tried them, most rollers just fell out from the weight. The clips may work for the large rollers but, because I have short hair, I couldnt try them.
