Carola H.Baltimore, MDHairAuburnFine or Thin HairReward Of My QuestLooked long and hard to find hot curlers with the knubies. I love the convenience of the rollers holding the hair in place as I start the rollup. The price was good and the delivery was convenient. I am very pleased and would recomend this product to anyone else.posted Dec 12, 2012Link to this post

Jan C.Dallas, TXHairLight BrownCurly HairFine or Thin HairNot Hot EnoughI have used electric curlers for many, many years. My old set broke and bought this one. Like the size and curler selection, but just not hot enough. Does not do the job!posted Nov 22, 2011Link to this post

LindaDes Moines, IowaHairMedium BrownNormal HairColor Treated HairThick or Coarse HairNot A Strong CurlI've used hot rollers for 35 years and this doesn't cut it. When I curl my hair I want curls not waves. Not hot enough. I have long thick hair that curls easily yet this one isn't up my alley.posted Aug 29, 2011Link to this post

MadelineNew YorkHairDark BrownNormal HairColor Treated HairYou Get What You Pay ForAfter deciding I wanted a new look, I bought these as my first set of hot rollers to try to achieve a wavy look. I've been using them every day for about two weeks. These rollers aren't particularly bad, but they are a cheaper set, and you get what you pay for. The design of the rollers makes it difficult to roll your hair and keep the rollers in place--they are all plastic, and very slippery. The biggest problem is the metal pins. They're very impractical and cumbersome. Even if you're just planning on using your hot rollers once a week, it would be worth it to spend an extra $5-$10 for a set of rollers that come with clips to keep the rollers in place. The positives are that they get hot enough to curl your hair without burning your fingers, and there are good amount/size of rollers. The bottom line is, if you plan on using your hot rollers for more than just special occasions (or don't want the process of rolling your hair to be difficult), spring for a better set. This one isn't worth the inconveniences.posted Jan 2, 2011Link to this post
