SatisfiedNORTH CAROLINASatisfied User!!Ive had the Caruso curling product so long, I cant even begin to guess. Ordered the first one from Womans Day or Family Circle for something like $60.00, and after a few years, it became available in stores. I was so afraid the old one would quit and leave me stranded that I bought another set, just to have "on hand" and yet years later, Ive been throught several sets of replacement rollers and that first steamer is STILL WORKING! I need some more rollers and plan to place an order soon!posted Dec 7, 2007Link to this post

L CoburnNYGreat ProductI have used this product for about 15 years, and I love it. My unit just finally died, and I got a new one. This is the best. Im not a moring person, so when I do my hair I cant be wasting a lot of time. I can set my hair and have it ready to take out in 10 minutes. The curl will stay in all day. Cant live without it.posted Oct 28, 2007Link to this post

Pat GordonSan Jose, CaliforniaProblem W/ Last PurchaseI love this product, make no mistake. I have used it for years and my hair is healthy and remains undamaged even though I have used this product for more than 20 years. I recently ordered a travel set because my steam element finally went dead after at least a decade. Well this steam element is already kaput. I have to order another, and I am wondering...has the quality gone kaput too? I am hoping it is just a fluke and the next one I receive will work for at least a year!!!posted Oct 17, 2007Link to this post

JamieCaliforniaGreat ... While It Works :(I just lost my third one today to malfunction. Its as if the product is designed to only last one year. I hate hot irons but they LAST !!! Do I want to spend another $30 bucks on yet another Caruso. And what am I supposed to do with all these curlers now? I must have least a hundred by now since I cant by the steamer unit without all the curlers. Any suggestions out there for a different brand of steam curler?posted Oct 4, 2007Link to this post

Shirley WongSingaporeCaruso Protraveler 14 Molecular Steam HairsetterI am very disappointed with this product because it did not steam up although the unit got hot the first time I used it. I have read reviews about this problem but went ahead to buy it anyway. Folica was nice to refer me to the manufacturer who said I could send back the product in exchange for a new one. However, I did not do so since it is really troublesome for me to do it. It could be I got a malfunction product thta did not work and this may not be so for other units. Anyway, I will not buy it again.posted Aug 20, 2007Link to this post

Y NotCaruso ShyamoosoAfter 6 weeks of steaming up wavy body on my medium-long length, Asian hair, it went capoot. While steaming, it let off an acidic pfft and died. All instructions, maintenance recommendations, and trouble-shooting were followed. It lacks a warranty. Just a parts replacemnt order form and product registration (for what?)is offered. Past the point of "no return" with usage and/or after 30 days of purchase. Whatta deal! No thanks, Caruso. Whats the matta you? My 1993 true blue steam unit lasted 10 years!posted Aug 8, 2007Link to this post

D. VeederPortage, MINever Stop Selling!I have been using caruso rollers for over 10 years! I have very fine hair. These are the only rollers that keep my curls all day! I know it takes a little practice at first, but I can roll my hair with my eyes closed. I get compliments all the time asking me if its natural curl! If they ever are in danger of going out of production, I will need to buy enough for the rest of my life!posted Jul 30, 2007Link to this post

DebbieLake Ariel, PAWorks Ok, But Only Lasts 1 YearThis product works as advertised. Easy to use and convenient. But this is the 3rd one Ive purchased in 3 years. Burns out at one year with daily use. Would be nice if different size rollers were color coded.posted Jul 19, 2007Link to this post

Karen JonaitisGLOUCESTER, MASSACHUSETTSSteam HairsetterTHIS PRODUCT IS GOOD; BUT TOO MANY SMALL ROLLERS WHICH ARE USELESS TO ME. THERE SHOULD BE MORE MEDIUM SIZE CURLERS; AND I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO MAKE THIS PRODUCT WORK FOR ME.posted Jul 10, 2007Link to this post
