Miss B.Washington, DCI'm SatisfiedI am an African American(AA) female and this blow dryer gets my thick natural (above bra strap length) hair extremely straight, smooth, and glossy. In fact, this dryer does that for everyone who has used it; mom, sisters, friends etc.I have yet to experience any breakage and/or split ends since using this (perhaps because I always apply a thermal protectant to my ends). This dryer is lightweight and made with great quality and can get pretty hot, but can be a bit long (which can be awkward) when using the attatchments-however, with a bit of experience using this becomes fairly simple.Im a bit shocked at the low ratings for this product. The reason why I am only giving this 4 stars is because I have the mentality that there is always something better out there (lol). Furthermore, I have been using this dryer for almost 6 years and it still works and looks as good as new except for a miniscule nick due to my own pure negligence.posted Mar 21, 2009Link to this post

AyonnaRichmond, VADisappointed - Not For My Hair TypeI am an african american female who has always done my own hair. Other blow dryers got my hair straighter in a smaller period of time. The nozzle burns your hand forcing you to use the handle which can be uncomfortable. I would not recommend this. I went back to my Gold n Hot.posted Jun 28, 2008Link to this post

JenniferLong BeachA Real Hairdressers Opinionthe hair dryer is light weight which is great. the wind power on this dryer is not power full enough to blow out a stubborn cowlick or force a bang in another direction. the cord could be longer and the nozzle is horrible it burns your hand when drying hair...ive been doing hair for 10 years and get a new dryer every year and i probably wouldnt get this one again, its not professional enough.posted Feb 13, 2008Link to this post

MmRedondo Beach, CAWigo Lite Tourmaline Ionic DryerBest dryer on the market, at any price! Lightweight, reasonably priced, quiet, and has easy handling with buttons that dont accidently get pushed on and off because of awkward placement on the handle. This dryer does a great job, and I bought one for home and one for the gym bag!posted Jul 10, 2007Link to this post

AidaPuerto RicoNot Completely SatisfiedIts really lightweight what is great, my hair is fine and dries it quickly, but I found that my hair was getting frizzy. The blower nose is too long what means you have to raise more the arm and this lets you tired at the end.posted May 31, 2007Link to this post

NickiGreat, Powerful Hairdryer!I got this hairdryer because I wanted something light and powerful but I didnt want to pay for the T3. My hairdresser recommended Wigo products so I bought this one. This hairdryer is very powerful and very hot. It gets my hair very straight and soft (I have naturally wavy hair), and it doesnt take very much time at all. Before this I had a Babyliss and it was too heavy and not as powerful as the Wigo.posted Mar 28, 2007Link to this post

MarinaPhila, PAHairCurly HairVery Light But Not Good For Thick/wavy HairIt is a very light hairdryer but because I had to dry each piece of hair multiple times, my hands got tired. In addition, the nozzle is too long; I kept burning my hands with hot air. Originally I thought that it would help me blow dry my hair faster, but I just got annoyed with it. I think this product should work well for thinner hair or straighter type. If you have wavy/curly hair, and would like to get them straight, then you have to use flat iron to achieve that style.posted Mar 20, 2007Link to this post
