Debbie P.North Potomac, Md.HairDark BrownDry HairColor Treated HairChemically Treated HairDo Not Buy This DryerI wish I had seen the reviews prior to purchasing this dryer. I had a TIGI for over 14 years and it ran like a champ. I assumed that if I again spent alot of $$ on a dryer that it would last. Here I am 2 years laster Iand I also got the screetching noise and it died. I also had the same issue with the nozzel as mentioned above.
Do not buy this dryer.posted Sep 7, 2010Link to this post -
StevannMAHairLong HairShort Lived....I purchased this dryer in 2008. after about 14 months it suddenly stopped working. I was very dissapointed. This was the best dryer I had ever owned and loved the way it made my hair look and feel. I have very long hair and it cut my drying time in half. I would rate this dryer a 5 if it would have lasted. I bought it at Ulta and paid around $200.00. I thought a dryer that was that expensive would last, but I was wrong.posted Apr 22, 2010Link to this post

LizaDon't Waste Your MoneyI'm so dissapointed that I spent so much money on this dryer. Like the other reviews this blow dryer broke in 4 months. The first time I purchased it the thing only lasted 1 month before it made this horrible shreiking sound. I sent it back had to wait almost a month for a replacement. Now it's been 4 months and I find myself yet with the same problem. Definitely going to see about getting my money back. I do not abuse of this dryer I only use it twice a week and it should have definitely have lasted me longer then it has. Extremely dissapointed.posted Mar 21, 2010Link to this post

LizVancouver BC CanadaDisappointed :(I had such high hopes for this blow dryer..... Being a hairstylist I heard from my coworkers that this blow dryer was super light and dried hair at super speed. I must say it was extremly light and I was able to easily bang out a blow dry in 20 mins, but after 3 months of owning it it went on the fritz. One annoying thing about it is that after 10-15 mins of drying my clients hair the nozzle would overheat, expand and fall off my blowdryer, usually onto my clients head(at month 2 I actually had to tape my nozzle to the dryer to avoid this situation) Then one night at the salon I was blow drying my clients hair and the dryer made this high pitched shredding, terrible noise. I had to immedietly unplug it, when i plugged it back in it was working but made a thudding noise. Luckily I was able to refund my money on this dryer, but unfortunetly was let down my T3's reputation :(posted Feb 2, 2010Link to this post

RoxanaHairDry HairBroke! Not only does this leave you with rather frizzy hair (and I use kerastase products or fekkai which work great with my cheapy old conair dryer), believe the hype, it burns down. I had read the reviews prior to purchasing it thinking "Hmm...this won't happen to me, I'm usually so good with electronics hanging strong" WRONG! Literally after 3-4 months of having it (ya it's not after a week but come on, should last a couple of years at least no?), it just made a little noise while using it then the high level that I always use it at just started fizzing down to a low level, switching to high for a few moments as if teasing me that it'll work again, then went down to low as a slow burning smell came out from the dryer. I was mortified and went to my reliable conair to finish the job. Then I ended up spending 5 extra minutes drying but the end result of non frizzy pouffy hair surprised me. Went and bought the Elchim. I mean, not only 90% of salons I know use it, it works magic on hair. That pinkness had attracted me initially, I must admit it looked pretty in my room. But that's about it. Avoid.posted Oct 25, 2009Link to this post

ChristineGood, But Not Worth $100!This is definetly not worth $100. "Frizz-Free"? Absolutely not! But I do have to give it credit for being fast, efficient, and also, it has lots of settings. :)posted Oct 19, 2009Link to this post
