Beccie BraunNE4 In 6 MonthsI am a hairdresser, I bought the T3 dryer at a hair show. With-in the first month I returned it because swithces went out. The same on my second dryer and the next two. So in six months I have had four dryers, all the same problem, all get hot, so hot that you need to switch form high to low and so the switches quit. In the 30 years I have bought hair dryers I know this products not for the pro!posted Aug 16, 2008Link to this post

LauraDelawareNot So GreatMy mom bought me this hair dryer for Easter. At first, I loved it - my hair dried quicker than ever and it felt smooth and shiny! But in retrospect, I would NOT use this product. My long hair is now VERY DRY AND DAMAGED from this hair dryer. It is breaking a lot and is frizzy - something Ive never experianced before using this hair dryer. It gets way too hot. I would not purchase this product unless you want damaged hair in the long run.posted Aug 7, 2008Link to this post

RachelWorst Investment EverDont buy one - even from the T3 site directly - I did, and it broke after only two weeks of use. Two weeks after I started using my T3 dryer, the fan cracked and caused a horrible shrieking noise and burning smell because the broken blade was scraping the inside of the dryer - that was two days ago. Ive never had a dryer break on me before. Spending 5 times more that what Ive ever spent on a dryer has not proven to be the smartest thing Ive ever done. I did contact T3 and they said they charge a $45 replacement fee. What a rip-off. I feel like Ive been cheated.posted Aug 5, 2008Link to this post

M. GrahamFloridaGreat For Quick Drying But Not For Getting It StraightI have had my T3 for a few months and can see the difference now from this blowdryer and my previous blowdryer. My hair is 4A and I am black. I think this blowdryer is good for getting it dry quickly and it seems to give shiny healthy hair results. But my passion is wearing my hair straight. I normally style my hair with a flat iron and in order to get salon results, my hair needs a good blow dry. You may have heard before that the key to getting your hair right depends on the blow dryer. So I have gone back to my super solano blow dryer but I use my T3 to rough dry my hair so it wont be too damp when I blow it out with the solano. T3 has a soft motor and is lighter then the solano. Despite solano is heavier, it blows hard on medium or high temp which will get your hair blown straight with the round brush of your choice. And phillips monster vent brush does just that. However, T3 makes you feel good with blowing it on whatever temp setting which is a relief.posted Jun 26, 2008Link to this post

EvaNycHairCurly HairGreat Dryer, Doesn't LastThis dryer is amazing. I have extremely curly hair, but this dyer dries hair in a fraction of the time. My hair was left frizz free, shiny and smooth!! BUT- after about a month, half way through drying my hair the dryer would cut off and id have to wait several minutes for it to start again. This happened more and more often, several times during a 30 minute process until it died completely. I thought id buy the same exact one again. the same thing happened. JoanneNYBest Blow Dryer Ever! This dryer is absolutely amazing! It used to take me forever to dry my thick, long, hair, NOT anymore! In minutes Im done and my hair is smooth and silky! When I want my hair straight, and I blow it out straight, it looks like Ive used a flat iron to do it, and it only takes about 5-10 minutes to dry my hair, completely! Other dryers Ive used in the past took almost an hour and would still leave my hair damp. I LOVE this dryer and will NEVER go back to any other dryer again! I purchased a second one a week later for my nieces birthday as she kept borrowing mine because she was LOVING what it was doing for her hair. I cant say enough good things about this blow dryer. It is amazing! You cant go wrong with this dryer, its also very light which means a lot me as I have a disablity and cant hold heavy objects, this dryer is great as its light, and does the job in NO time!posted Apr 26, 2008Link to this post

CheriKansas CityDarn Thing Blew Up In My HandI bought the T3 one year ago and today while blow drying my hair the dry blew up. No Joke! Blue sparks, fire, sparks and a blue arc which gave me a jolt that I will never forget. Do not waste your money or endanger your life. I had a TIGI hair dryer that I think I will go back to, it lasted for almost 10 years.posted Apr 21, 2008Link to this post

Stacey S.Columbia, SCGreat, Great DryerI am a hairstylist and have used the T3 for 3 years. I originally started with the silver model which is a little older and more reliable than the newer white model. Some reviews say this dryer has less power than others. The reason the dryer seems less powerful is bc it dries with infrared heat powered by the tourmaline. This means less air and better heat produced to dry hair in a less damaging manner. The T3 is great and has a great warranty. Just register the dryer and keep the box to send it back should it need repair.posted Apr 12, 2008Link to this post
