Sedu Ultrasilent Professional Hair Dryer

LisaCaliforniaVery Nice!I didn't think that my hair would dry faster....it did! I have thick asian hair that when put in a ponytail, would be wet at the core hours later. This hair dryer dries it within 10 minutes compared to the 25 it used to take! Also, it is a nice lower drone, so does seem much quieter.posted May 19, 2010Link to this post

AdrianReally Good Hair-dryerI have been using this dryer for several months and am very happy with it! This is the first "higher-end"/brand name hair-dryer I have bought and was not disappointed. It definately cuts down on frizz. I would highly recommend this dryer!posted May 1, 2010Link to this post

PaulaSeattle,WAThe Sedu Is Well Worth The Money!I've had many hair dryers through the years & thought my hair could not look as nice as the women in the magazines. But not so. It's well worth the money. It leaves my hair smooth & silky & I have colored my hair for 30 yrs. Ladies instead of buying drug store hair dryers & never looking as good as you should, buy the Sedu. It will save you money in the long run & your hair will look beautiful.posted Feb 22, 2010Link to this post

SaraFlorence, AlabamaTransformed My HairThis hair dryer is amazing. My hair was very dry and broken because i was using a very cheap, old hair dryer (literally shooting sparks at me). I got this hair dryer and my hair has never felt better. It dries super fast, and is very soft and manageable. My hair is starting to look healthy again, not dry and brittle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!posted Feb 16, 2010Link to this post

TaylorAtlanta, Georgia, United StatesAwesome HairdryerI absolutely LOVE this hair dryer. I have really curly hair and use my hairdryer with a Deva attachment that helps curly hair to dry. I have also used it to straighten my hair with a round brush and the attachments that came with the dryer. The Sedu is great - it leaves my hair shiny and frizz free whether straight or curly. I also love the options. This is the first time I have spent this much on a dryer - and I think it totally lives up to the price point. You can adjust the temperature and air flow easily and its pretty light weight. What more can you ask for?posted Feb 7, 2010Link to this post

EmilyOrlando, FloridaI Think I Like It So FarI just received my Sedu Ultrasilent dryer 2 weeks ago and I'm still deciding whether I *love* it. It is definitely much quieter than any of the other hair dryers I've owned. It dries super fast.. I have a lot of hair and it used to take me 20 minutes to get it all dry. With the Sedu, I've cut my drying time in half. My only concern is that I've noticed I've had some static issues that I wasn't having before. I'm wondering if it's because I have it set on the highest heat setting. Overall, a nice dryer.posted Feb 7, 2010Link to this post

GsColumbus, OHLots Of Static With My Fine HairI really like the style, quality look, long sturdy cord, and comfort of the handle, and a good heat temperature -- not too hot or cold, and the weight is fine -- about like my old Vidal Ion Select, and it dried my hair quickly. I thought it was quieter than most dryers that have a high pitched noise. It's a lower tone, but certainly not silent. It's from Italy so I assume that the title of "silent" was lost in translation. The one thing that is making me return it is that it makes my fine(width)hair full of static. I use Aveda styling products for years that smooth and eliminate static and haven't had any problem with my Vidal cheap dryer, but with the Sedu I had static while drying and so much static all day -- even after additional hair smoother and spray -- that I tried a test the next day. I continued to use my Aveda products before drying and dried one side of my hair with the Sedu and one with my old Vidal. The Sedu side is full of static, the Vidal side has no static -- it has been true all day. Why? I bought this dryer because of the good reviews overall, so I'm wondering if it is just my hair type -- very fine, shoulder length, slightly wavy. Maybe it doesn't happen with other hair types and may be a 5 star for someone else.posted Feb 6, 2010Link to this post

PattiAnaheim, CACompletely Worth The MoneyI have always had a cheap $14.99 dryer that worked, but was loud and took forever. This dryer is super quiet and dries my hair, frizz-free, quickly. No, it's not literally silent, but there is no high-pitched squeal and is the quietest dryer I've ever heard. My husband can't even hear it and the bathroom is next door to our bedroom.posted Feb 3, 2010Link to this post
