Crystal C.United StatesBroke In A Week; Terrible Customer ServiceIt appeared to be sturdy and well made, but the blower stopped one week after I got it. The heating element still would get hot, making it a fire hazard. I emailed the company multiple times and always got a "canned" response, never a real person answering. They do not answer their customer service phone number. BAsically, I could PAY to ship it back and they would refund me after deducting processing fee. Or I could send a pic of the cord cut adn they would send me another. I don't want another. I do not recommend5 out of 5 shoppers thought this review was helpful.
