Tam ForeeOn/off Switch Won't Work After 5 Times Using ItI am really lucky that the dryer on off switch won't turn off. I just plug it in and unplug it to make it work but really, why would the on off switch stop working. I can move the switch but nothing happens. I do like the dryer other than that. I really love that it is large enough that I can use large rollers and still fit under the hood.posted Oct 20, 2009Link to this post

RitaRaleigh, NC, USDryer Stop Working After 2 Weeks!!!!I would not recommend someone to buy this dryer. I had a hard time drying the back of my hair, the holes are only at the top of the dryer...so i had to sit in wierd positions to get my hair dry. Not only did I have problems drying my hair it died after two weeks of having it. Thank goodness it died when it did...I sent it back...I want my money back for this piece of junk. I usually don't write reviews but I want you ladies to know the TRUTH.posted Sep 30, 2009Link to this post

StarSCNothing Special...i bought this dryer along with some other products towards the end of may. i just used it for the first time this week(i only bought it to use with the aphogee 2 step treatment).the good thing is its works. the bad is i expected more of it. but again it works. if you can hold a hand dryer do that instead.afr-amer female. 19.posted Jul 30, 2009Link to this post

HeatherPiece Of CrapThis dryer does not get very hot or dry very well. Hardly any air comes through it. The only spots that do get good air flow is the very front. The product does not easily adjust. Not very stable when sitting on a flat surface it still tends to drop forward. Sure it pretty silent compared to most dryers but with long hair you will be sitting under if for hours just to get dry and the back would still be wet. Save your money and get a bonnet instead.posted May 1, 2009Link to this post

WendyLAGreat Deal, Tight For Huge Rollers, works WellI have a friend that purchased one for her heat conditioning treatments and occasional roller use, I tried hers and liked it and purchased one myself. When I use my really big rollers I have to stuff my head into the hood, but it works fine. I have really long hair and find that it still takes about an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half at the highest heat setting to get the hair fully dry. I am still glad to save money by doing my hair at home. I set my hair on rollers about four times a week and also use the dryer for conditioning twice a week on high for maybe 90 minutes. So far i really like the dryer and find it pretty comfy.posted Feb 5, 2009Link to this post

AndreaGreat Dryer/wonderful Price!A very good dryer! I needed to do roller sets at home, so I purchased this dryer. It has sufficient heat and drys my hair quite well (even the back of my roller sets). The only thing I dont like is that Im having a hard time finding a height appropriate surface on which to sit the dryer and a comfortable chair to use with it. I consider those to be minor issues that dont detract from the dryers performance.posted Aug 17, 2008Link to this post

PeytnluvsjrmyIt's Just Okay.i dont use this dryer for rollers, i use it just to dry my hair in the morning. it was hard for me to find the perfect place to sit it without having to stack books on my chair or hit my head while trying to get under it. it dried the top of my hair really fast and made my hair overall really soft, but the ends didnt dry at all.posted May 15, 2008Link to this post

Terri HintonHard To AdjustI would give this dryer five stars if only if would stay in the position where I place it. The front of the dryer continuously falls downward when I want it to stay upward. Very disappointed.posted May 4, 2008Link to this post

TiffanyWaldorf, MdHot Tools Hair DryerI must admit that I was a little skeptical about ordering this hair dryer until I read so many positive reviews. I still have my Lady Dazey that was probably purchased in 1988/89. Unfortunately it was no longer drying my hair properly and after wasting alot of money on useless hair dryers I stumbled upon the folica website. I want to thank everyone for their reviews and this Hot Tools hair dryer is JUST like my Lady Dazey. Also, thanks to folica because my hairdryer was delivered the very next day.posted Apr 18, 2008Link to this post
