DrewBILOXI, MS USASalon UseI have used this blow dryer for almost one year in the salon I work in and have had only ONE problem, like the previous review, you have to be careful with long hair because the back is large and it will suck hair right into to it. If this happens turn the dryer off immediately. Drying time is great for me and I love the ceramic and ion features. And people think that its soooo cool with the flames, kids love it too!!posted Jan 4, 2010Link to this post

JeannieEvans, GALasted Less Than 2 Minutes! If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought this dryer because it is the one my hairdresser uses, and she recommended it. In less than 2 minutes of the first use, the dryer just quits working. There was no loud noise or flash, just silence. I thought maybe the dryer overheated, so I waited until the next day and even used a different outlet. It is completely dead! I so wanted to like this dryer!posted Nov 24, 2008Link to this post

AnonymousCA2 Weeks & Broken AlreadyI bought this dryer only 2 weeks ago. Its very lightweight and attractive and it did dry quickly. However after about 10 uses, the dryer lost power. It still runs, but it doesnt run at the previous speed. Also, if you have long hair I would avoid it, as the air intake slots on the back are large & hair frequently gets sucked up into them. I definitely wouldnt recommend this product. But folica does have excellent customer service, so Im sure they will return it without a problem.posted Jun 6, 2008Link to this post
