It doesn't damage my hair like some of the cheaper ones. The ionizer is great. I am so glad I found this website.posted Nov 3, 2010Link to this post

BeckyPaso Robles, CA USAAwesome ToolMy roomate had this tool and after trying it once I had to buy my own. I have fine blonde hair and on day two of a blowout, I apply dry shampoo to my roots and then run this brush all over my head. The combo of the two adds great volume and elimates any oil. I also use this tool to add curl to the ends of my hair. I would not recommend using this tool to go from wet to dry hair as it would take a long time, this is better suited as a volumizer or to dry damp hair. The only other con I can think of is it is a rather loud styling tool. All in all I love this tool and highly recommend it.posted Jan 25, 2010Link to this post

WendyHairChemically Treated HairWorks Great, But Doesn't Last Very Long.I have super thick, coarse, naturally curly/wavy hair. I use this hot air brush to dry & straighten my hair. It is the easiest and best method BY FAR for me to straighten my own hair. I suck at trying to straighten my hair with just a blow dryer and a brush, especially the back of my hair. The hot air brush gives my hair great volume! It does make it look a little "flippy", so I flat iron pieces or all of my hair depending on how stick straight I want it. My only complaint is these typically don't last very long. I usually get about a year from one. But they aren't super expensive to replace at least.posted Nov 25, 2009Link to this post

NadineDearborn, MichiganWow!I dont know what you all are talking about! I just got this hair dryer today (1 and 1/2) and already use it. I did blow dry it dry before using this blow dryer. OMG it was so easy to use, so fast. I wasnt sure it I miss any spot. This hair dryer only took 10 minutes to do. I love this hair dryer and want more of them!posted Jan 27, 2009Link to this post

BrendaUpstate Ny.Keeps Burning OutI am on my third one. I wouldnt have kept trying it except I love the way my hair looks when Im done. All of them keep burning out, what a waste of money. If they could only make it with a stronger motor. Looks like I have to go back to the blow dryer and round brush. Liked the concept of all in one, but truly is poorly made.posted Nov 2, 2008Link to this post

MindyNot Worth The Money...Mine burnt out the first time I used it. I literally opened the box, plugged it in, and used it for about 5 minutes. I turned it off to move to another section of hair, and couldnt get it to ever turn on again. Really disappointing since I was on vaca and had to walk around the rest of the trip with fuzzy hair. Do NOT waste your money!!posted Jun 13, 2008Link to this post

LisaMADoesn't LastI just sent back my second hot tools air brush, and am not sure if I will get another one. Sure, it does a great job when it is working, but you cant depend on it to last too long. I wish I had the luck that some people here seem to have had, but it looks like Im in pretty good company with the vast majority who seem to think that it is a poorly made product. I think Ill try the Babyliss brand. It is a bit more pricy, but my guess is that it will last a bit longer. Lets hope so!posted Feb 11, 2008Link to this post

KimDisappointedThis product worked great until the motor died. I probably only used it about 6 times. Now Im back to the old hairdryer and round brush. I would ask for my money back if I had kept my receipt. I also would have only given it one star because of the short life span, but it did work great while it lasted.posted Feb 10, 2008Link to this post
