Overall ReviewThis is a very cheaply made machine. It has not worked since I received, not even one day! I called to find out about the warranty or replacement. I found out that it cost me more than the purchase price ($14.95) to send it back to be replaced. I was told that I am out of luck pretty much. I do not recommend it at all. I thought since it is made by "Panasonic" it may carry some warranty or customer service but I was wrong. Best I Have UsedI got my second one yesterday from folica . This is probably best hair nose trimmer I have ever used. It lasts couple of years or more and works great.Like anything else just make sure battery is fresh . Its not something that you use often but battery will get weaker as time goes by.This trims like nothing else I have used. Cheaply MadeI dropped the trimmer and it fell about 4 inches to the bathroom countertop. It cracked in two, and although I have reassembled it and put in a new battery, it no longer works. I only used it 3 or 4 times. What a waste of money.posted Apr 10, 2008Link to this post

Great, Cheap, Lasts Forever.Ive had mine for well over 5 years. I think the trimmer is a HUGE deal. It is so easy and has a minor hum even my finicky cat likes it when I rub it on him like a vibrating massager! Cheaply MadeI had an earlier version of this device which was great and lasted for years. When it finally failed, I decided to buy the same name and model - Panasonic is such a good brand name, after all.
