    Works Well But Really Hurts
I really liked it because it removed the hair really well although it was quite painful, but then again beauty hurts. I tend to get a lot of ingrown hairs and this really helped minimize them.

    A Great First Epilator.
I tried to review this earlier today and it looks like it didn't post so here I am again. I like this epilator as it does what it says...removes hair at the root. This model has 21 tweezers so it won't remove every single hair on the first pass(like the 40+ tweezer models) but that is fine with me as it was less painfull that way. I used it on my legs and bikini area the first try. It hurt my legs big time but amazingly not so bad on the bikini area. It took off approx 3/4 of the hair out. I went back the next day and it removed the rest. It was a bit too painful to use on my knees so the shaver attachment took care of that with no problems. I like this epilator and look forward to many hair free days. I do keep it plugged in during use unless spot treating an area. I plan to use it every night to get new growth now that all hair has been removed. This method keeps pain to a minimum as it won't be plucking out a ton of hair at a time. The day after I started using this I started my period which I have been told is the worst time to epilate so hopefully it won't hurt as bad in a few days.

    Much better than regular shaving.

    Great First Epilator!
This epilator does what is says...it removes hair by pulling it out at the root. This model has 21 tweezers so if you are used to a more powerful model with 40+ tweezers and try this then it may not remove enough hairs at one time for you. For me it works great. I have used it on my legs, chin, and bikini area. I don't know why they say it is painless cause IT HURTS! Just keep your eyes on the prize. I do recommend that you wax first and then use this to remove hairs as they grow in as it will reduce the pain.(Pulling out less hairs at a time is much more comfortable than removing a large clump of hair at once- unless you're waxing.) The razor attachment is great also if you need to shave other areas that are too painful to epilate. I may try the underarms but....gonna have to work up the nerve. :-) I usually keep it plugged in while epilating unless using it for spot removal. First time I used it on my super coarse black hair it took off about 3/4 the hairs on my legs. I came back the next night and removed the rest. I plan to run it quickly each night now that all hair has been removed to get the regrowth. I am realllllllly glad I started with a model that has less tweezers as I think it would have killed me to rip out more at a time.

    Good First Experience With Epilating.
This is my first epilator, and it was not as bad as I thought it would be! The sound is more terrifying than anything else. As for the performance, I wish it were faster. I find myself repeating the same area several times to catch stray hairs. The hair definitely takes much longer to grow back - I can go for about 3 weeks without shaving.

    Waste Of Money!
I was not impressed with this epilator. I own the Emjoi Optima and love it. I bought the Emojoi Prestige as a backup and wish I hadn't bothered. It did not remove the hair on my legs. I felt like it was cheaply made and did not measure up to my previous experience with Emjoi products.
