Stephen HillPalm Desert, CASimply The BestI have used this style of brush for over 25 years now. As I replace them, the former one goes into my travel kit. Its extremely difficult to find these at local beauty supply stores, and if one does it is very over-priced.Grateful that I now have your website for direct ordering. It definitely is the real deal. RCanadaHairCurly HairFaithful UserI have been using these brushes for 15 years (to straighten my thick curly hair) - this brush is truly the best. Ive tried a lot and I can say that none compare to this one. If you are someone looking to straighten naturally wavy or curly hair - this is your best bet. A lot of hairdressers Ive talked to agree (I straighten my own hair better than any professional I have been to, but Ive noticed that those hairdressers that do come close use this brush as well). Just a tip: after using this brush for the rest of my hair, I use a round natural boar bristle brush to slightly curl and smooth the layers closest to my face. I cant explain it, but while the Denman is awesome on the rest of my hair, using the boar on the very front layers works (maybe it has to do with tension because this area is not as thick as the rest) - if you are finding this brush leaves your hair with static at the front, you might want to try that...posted Feb 9, 2007Link to this post

ShadowVery Off Balanced1) PINS are not rounded as stated..very pointed2) "Pins" set in VERY, VERY thin piece of rubber OVER A VERY VERY HARD PIECE OF RUBBER (cushioned= NO)3) The brush end is so heavy, I have to grip very close to the brush for balance...otherwise, I could club myself.4) Not as advertised...I was very disappointed!posted Sep 15, 2006Link to this post

SharonNYMy Favorite HairbrushA great brush. Gets through my thick wavy hair without adding static -- a huge problem with other hairbrushes. Plus it feels really good on my scalp when I brush. Was a little heavier than I expected but got used to it very quickly.posted Aug 11, 2006Link to this post

IlaiPhiladelphia, PAGreat For Long Thick HairI have thick and coarse 2b/c hair and this has been great for detangling and making perfect 3b curls. I never use this on dry hair though. I always use it to detangling from the ends up while my hair is soaked in conditioner. overall great brushposted Aug 4, 2006Link to this post

CindySan Bernardino, CANearly 30 Years Of Complete Satisfaction!!!The day I discovered my Denman hairbrush was one of the luckiest in my life. I have long, thick hair and struggled with other brushes that would not go through it. My Denman never lets me down! There is no static electricity either when I use it. It gets snarls out so easily too! It is really quite amazing and one of the things in life I never want to be without. I just ordered three of them, saved on shipping, and now feel comforted that I will not have to be without one for probably the rest of my life. They last for years and years!!! Do yourself a favor and try one! I am buying them for my entire extended family, thats how enthused and happy I am with the quality and performance of the Denman product!!!ENJOY!!!posted Jun 8, 2006Link to this post

KathiLas Vegas, NVLong Time UserI was first introduced to this Denman classic styling brush in 1978 by my hair stylist. I love it. I have very long hair and lots of it. Every ten years or so I buy a new one. In between I simply wash it and it lasts forever. I hope Denman never stops making it.posted May 8, 2006Link to this post

DaynaBreakage!a member of my family has this brush and has used it for as long as i can remember. it works fine, because they have thin hair. i tried using it and i have full thick hair, and after a couple uses, the entire red part of the brush came unglued and broke off. so we always buy new ones. oh well. its just a brush i guess.posted Dec 11, 2005Link to this post
