PaulinaGood Concept But Poor Execution.I'm no expert on flat irons as this was my second one but even I know when something works well or doesn't. I'm Asian so I have naturally straight hair. I just use flat irons to give it that stick straight finish and for shine. Plus sometimes I take showers at night and sleep with my hair still damp and I'll have extreme bedhead in the morning. It does a decent job when I take showers in the morning and my hair is already straight. When there is a slightest bit of wave in my hair, however, it snags and pulls. I don't recommend this flat iron for anyone who doesn't have naturally straight hair and even for those that do, there are better flat irons for this kind of money. I was attracted to this flat iron because it was slim and it seemed liked I could both curl and flat iron my hair for the price of one. After using it for about 4 months I would rather have a good flat iron and a good curling iron than a mediocre two in one. The only pluses were that it heats up quickly, has extra long plates, and the swivel cord. All in all there are better flat irons.posted Feb 18, 2010Link to this post
