Great For The PriceI have always only used the cheap flatirons and the ceramic coating always comes off. So, when I found this one with ceramic plates at a great price I was excited. Best Flat Iron For Natural Hair!I have thick, natural (not relaxed or colored), kinky, coily, 4a hair and I just finished using this flatiron for the first time. My results are comparable to my relaxed/salon days and maybe better because now I have volume as well. It took me a long time (3hrs) to flatiron, but I have thick, layered APL hair and I took very small sections because my hair is natural. There was just a little bit of snagging, but that wasn't a big deal for me. I admit that I was skeptical because of the price. Most legit ceramic irons cost way more, but the plates really are solid ceramic and got my hair super smooth and dare I say even silky! Straightener Wont Stay On!I got this present as a gift for my sister and we cant get it to stay on for more than a couple minutes to heat up! Im sure it is a wonderful product but we cant tell! Bang For The BuckI really love this flat iron, this is my 3rd one, i went through two because i dropped them on the floor and broke the plates, other then me being clumsy this is a great flat iron, i have used the chi, sedu, and fhi, flat irons. with the Le Angelique it has temperture settings you can change which i really like, the chi and fhi doesn't and burned my hair. the plates aren't thin so it does'nt snag your hair at all and its full ceramic plates.

Ehhh Its Okay Stops Working WellI have had this for about 4 years this worked for a very long time but in the past 6 moths or so it has stopped working.. It great at first like i looovveedd it but now it doest. my hair gets suupperr puffy and curly and there is no humidity right now so there is nothing wrong with y hair its healthy. It Also completely fries my hair. like it will not keep it soft and silky so i get my hair deep conditioned very often. My stylist asked what kind of straightener i was using and i told her this one and she said ohh honey you wasted all your money. This straightener is no better than something you would buy at a grocery store...! I was soo surprised so i Would recommend the BaByliss Nano titanium ultra thin model. It works wonders!!!!!!!!! :) i had pictures but they didn't work. sorry. i will try to make another one later tho. Hope this helps some people.

Surprise,surprise... It's So Cute! :)First of all, The LeAngelique straightening iron came in a very cute box with a magnetic closure. I will definitely be storing it in this box. :) I have the Pink one which is very pretty with a nice pink cord to match it. When I plugged it in, it heated up in no time and was ready to go. It has a nice grip to it which I really like. However, it was a little heavier then most straightening iron's that I have used. Being slightly heavier was minor to me. The swivel cord handled well and the iron was very smooth as it glided through my hair. To my surprise, I did not experience any snagging which is very important to me because that's one thing that really irritates me. My hair was straight, shiny and soft after using this iron. I enjoyed using it! This would make a nice gift because it's so pretty and it put a smile on my face the minute I opened the box. Surprise,surprise... It's so cute! :)
