Nikki BettinCochranville, PAUse This If You Want To End Up BaldThis is the worst flat iron I have ever used in my life... it is not properly put together so therefore it rips your hair out causing major split ends... I hope no one wastes their money like I did.posted Mar 20, 2006Link to this post

KristinYuckAt first I thought I liked this hair straightener, I was wrong. I doesnt straighten well and it definetly does last long once it is straight. Also, the design of this straightener is very poor.posted Mar 20, 2006Link to this post

LanaeGeorgiaShould Be Called Balding Iron Not Straightening IronDonât waste your money! The iron really doesnât work very well and by the time you do two or three sections youâre so aggravated and angry because your hair gets caught in the tool and pulled out strand by strand which we all know hurts like crazy! If you can actually get your hair out of the cracks it has broke the strand or in some way damaged it! Believe me I have tried everything⦠putting a narrower section of hair in so it wonât touch the sides, holding it in a brush so it wonât flatten and get in the edges nothing works. The best straightening iron Iâve found is the Ceramic Tools 1 inch. I thought it worked great (donât be afraid of the 1 inch, it gets closer to the roots and it curls well at the bottom) and it does not pull your hair out! But mine too stopped working. Its only $40 and I used it a lot over a yearâs time so I really feel I got my moneys worth. Its lasted longer than any hair dryer Iâve ever owned!posted Mar 13, 2006Link to this post

LindseyNorth CarolinaI'm Upgrading...away From This.Im glad to see Im not the only one whos hair gets caught in the cracks of this thing. I thought mine was malfunctioning or something. I havent had any problems with chipping of the ceramic yet, but it pulls my hair and breaks it like everytime I use it. Therefore Im about to buy a new one. Who wants their hair to break and pull everytime they use a tool? Certainly not me. Its worth more money to buy a better made product.posted Mar 4, 2006Link to this post

KristinCanadaGreat For The CostEveryone says the paint chips off of this iron, I experienced the same thing, however after i got over my inital anger I realized that it seemed to work exactly as it had before the paint came off, it may not slide as easily but it still straightens my hair perfectly. I naturally have VERY curly and thick hair so i use it about 4 times a week and on my last trip to the salon my stylist kept saying how healthy my hair seemed. Im sure there are other irons they may work faster and not chip but for the money this is a great product!posted Feb 20, 2006Link to this post

Angelsmom46Chicago IlGreat If You Want To Rip Your Hair Out By The Rootsthis straightener is terrible. my hair gets caught in between the plates and gets pulled out or breaks off!!! it doesnt close together tight enough to straighten properly. dont waste your money!posted Feb 5, 2006Link to this post

JodiOk...Product works well, but the hair gets caught in the cracks between the ceramic plates and the body of the iron. Otherwise it works well and is easy to use.posted Jan 27, 2006Link to this post

MelissaCaTugs On HairThis was bought as a xmas present for my sister and after using it she told me of how instead of sliding over her hair easily, it sticks and pulls her hair out. This is not due to her hair being dirty or having any solutions in it.posted Jan 24, 2006Link to this post
