My Daughter Loves it!! She have tried the HAU brand, CHI brand, and many others. She has jet black hair that is very thick and frizz. When she uses Croc2 her hair is shine and super straight. The only problem is she broke the spring in it. She is kinda rough it so I it is her not the quality of the Croc2.. If she loves it, I love it!

I read a lot of good reviews elsewhere about this flat iron and was pretty disappointed in it. Before this iron I used a chi, which my hair just slid through. With this iron my hair gets pulled, and that makes it hard to run through your hair. Also, the plates are fixed to the iron itself so parts of the strand weren't getting straightened. Other than that it made my hair very silky and shiny. If it didn't pull and the plates floated a little I would have been ecstatic.
