MarianneHairDark BrownCurly HairColor Treated HairThick or Coarse HairSlick Little Tool...I have very sort hair and two areas of curls on a head of otherwise straight, thick, coarse hair. This little tool does the trick straightening and blending the difficult spots in just a few sweeps. Although there is only one heat setting, the temp is just right for taming my hair. The price was pretty sweet as well!posted Nov 7, 2012Link to this post

KandiceMiamiHairBlackThick or Coarse HairNot "friction" FreeAfter reading the reviews of this flat iron, I thought I would be getting a great mini flat iron for a convient price....not so. Dont waste your time on this iron if you to straighten with "One Pass". It pulled my hair and I had to run over my hair more than 3 times. Spend a little more money and know that you will be satisfied!posted Oct 24, 2011Link to this post

AUnited StatesHairColor Treated HairFine or Thin HairWow!I adore this little iron! Granted, it is much smaller than I expected, but it performs exceptionally well. It heats up quickly, easy to use, lightweight, and smooths my hair right away. I am impressed.posted Aug 1, 2011Link to this post

Sandy F.Brooklyn, NyHairDark BrownOily HairColor Treated HairFine or Thin HairGreat InvestmentI heart the Cricket mini flat iron. It actually works better than my 6 year old Chi. Granted my Chi is mature now, but when I saw an article refering to this model I decided to check it out. the Cricket heats up really fast, which I expect with most flat irons. Although it is small, great for when I travel around, my hair looked great. I currently live in NYC and we had humidity exceed 50%, and thanks to my Cricket my hair still managed to not curl. Although I am not traveling, I continue to use my Cricket mini flat iron. I haven't had the need to bring it to work for "touch ups" yet. It has been doing an excellent job so far. I would like to buy the larger version since I am using it daily. Keep in mind I have fine/thin hair so this may not be the best option for thicker/fuller hair. For $20.00 I say go for it!!posted Jun 6, 2011Link to this post
