Constantly Pulls My Hair OutBought this about 3 years ago at a mall kiosk. It works well but the complaint that I have is that It pulls my hair out every time that I use it. My daughter has a phi flat iron. I have used it many times and it has never pulled my hair. I have hair down to the middle of my back. Don't Buy. Price And Quality Isn't Worth It.For the first couple of weeks I thought this product was great. But soon after, my hair started to smell burnt 24/7. Not even two years with the product, and it breaks. Only one of the plates works. You can't adjust the heat so if you have thin hair it'll either be too hot, and if you have thick hair it won't penetrate the frizz. I do not recommend buying this product, they're are plenty of other great flat irons out there. To put it in short, DON'T BUY! [P.S. Plates Break/crack After A WhileI bought this @ a mall while I waited for Folica to send a replacement for my Solia flat iron (which I swear by!) and it worked great @ first.... I got my Solia, but kept using this one b/c I liked it, it worked very well. But after a few months the plates started cracking, a piece fell off, and was ripping my hair. It is a good product, but does not last. If you are looking for a quality flat iron, I definitely recommend the Solia iron, which comes with a two yr warranty! ;) Hope this helps!posted Dec 10, 2010Link to this post

Very Long LastingI bought this at a mall kiosk three years ago and it worked great the entire time. I think I would have had it for another two or three years but I left it on in the heat proof bag all day on the highest setting and the plates melted :( I thought about replacing it with another one until I read the reviews about damaged hair and split ends. I realize now that this flat iron did damage my ends pretty badly, but then I did use it almost everyday. Anyway, it works fast and heats up fast too. Burnt And Smelly Hair!This product is not worth it, If you want burnt smelly hair then go ahead and buy this product but its horrible! Although it has a somewhat of a good result, the flat iron will fry the heck out of your hair! I had to cut all my locks of for this piece of crap. My mom invested good money for this and the results were disappointing. If you were thinking about investing your money into this, DON'T. Fantastic For Long, High-maintenance Hair.After paying weekly to have my hair straightened at a salon (with a HAI iron), I gave a Corioliss rep a chance to demonstrate this iron. It smoothed out the humidity frizz I'd picked up and left my hair softer than the salon had! This iron has been through thick and thin with me, used every other day (if not daily) and taken on every overnight trip. After 5 years it finally died and I've gladly replaced it with another Corioliss. I Love, Love, Love This Flat Iron And Will Never Use Any Other Brand!If there was a higher rating I would give it to the Corioliss 1" Flat Iron!!! I've had mine for 3 years and I have never had so many compilments on my hair in my whole lifetime! Believe me in the 3 years I've had it I have dropped it plenty of times without any damage to the iron. It has traveled to Australia and all over Europe with me and never one problem. I love, love, love this flat iron and will never use any other brand. To the people that say it gives them split ends well I think they should do a little more research and they will find out that they can not get "Split Ends" from using a flat iron. They should really get a new hair brush if they have split ends and learn how to brush their hair correctly, don't blame the flat iron and if they say their was 'Fried" well common sense is telling you don't keep heat on your hair that long. My observations from reading a lot of the reviews it is the owner NOT the flat iron that is causing the problems.

All You Need Is This...The results i got from my corioliss were great! I bought the classic printing with a silver zebra print in a cart of a mall, and i still can't believe i can do which ever style i want in my hair. Sometimes I straighten it all, i curl all my brown long hair, or straighten and just give volume to my ends with a wave of curl, which gives me the finish of a hollywood star.. Its amazing how you can do everything with 1 iron.. Plus, it leaves it very shiny and moisturized, i dont use any other products for my hair.posted Oct 20, 2010Link to this post
