My New Hair Thank You Chi !THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPENSE FLAT IRON I USED IT FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH A FRIEND AND I LOVED THE WAY MY LOOKED AND FELT I HAVE REALLY CURLY DRY HAIR THATS BEEN DAMAGE WITH TIME ! WITH ALL THE DYES AND GEL AND HAIR SPRAY I HAVE USED ON IT ! Good At First.. Then Woah.I got this straightener for Christmas 2009. I LOVED it at first, but then.. i dropped it a few times because i'm a clutzy teen. But, it stopped working, and started to tear at the ends of my hair. Now it doesn't even heat up most of the time. I got it to work last night by testing the outlet and the straightener, and it heated up and made my hair just how i like it! But then i went to use it this morning and it wouldn't heat up! & plus i'm home from school sick. :p But still, it was an amazing straightener, it made my hair nice and silky. It pulled at my hair a lot though, and maybe if i didn't drop it so much then maybe it would of lasted a little longer..posted Sep 21, 2010Link to this post -

Amazing Product!!I really liked this straightener! I wish it was still available to buy. I have had it for a little over 3 years and it just now stopped working. It was a great straighener for the time that it lasted. Definitely worth the money. It made my hair straight, soft and shiny. I am hoping to find one similar! Da BestLove it love it love it.... It is the best flat iron I have ever purchased. It is easy to handle, heats up within seconds, and hair remains silky without any damage to it. I usually didn't use heat equipment on my hair, I was scared of the damage it may cause... I have had this flat iron for 5 months, and my hair has grown about 4-6 inches is silky, and long, and healthy. If you must purchase any flat iron, go for CHI!!! Did The Job, But...I had my pink chi flat iron for only a year and a half until recently I noticed the swivel cord became the problem. The light switch would frequently turn off unless I would move the cord around and when I would do that, I could hear electricity in the cord. There was a short in the cord that I ignored for quite some time. Today while I was using my flat iron, I heard a POP!!! And there you have it, the death of my pink, flat iron...you can find it in the dumpster now! I'm moving on to a Paul Mitchell.posted May 13, 2010Link to this post -

Pink Not Covered Under Chi WarrantyMy daughter purchased a pink CHI in an effort to support breast cancer awareness. When it stopped working less than a year after purchase, CHI refused to honor their usual warranty because it was a "limited edition". Not Overly HappyIve had my CHI for under a year, and did an amazing job on my hair (i had very long hair, but recently cut it off) it did wonders for either length but one day just stopped working. would not turn on. this has happened to half a dozne of my friends so if you can...buy from a different company!!!posted Mar 1, 2010Link to this post

I Love It !After Christmas, I wanted a Chi straightener so badly .. so with my birthday and Christmas money I bought this straightener and it just arrived at my house today and I have to say, I LOVE IT! It's the best straightener I've ever used. I used to own a Vidal Sassoon one, but after it got all rusty, I ordered this one. It makes my hair so shiny, soft and perfectly straight and I also love that you can curl your hair with it as well! It's awesome!
