BellaPretty Good. Not My First Choice Though.I had lost my Hot Tools Iron about 2 weeks ago (Thank god. It was terrible.) And I desperately needed an iron and I found it in a nearby store and decided to buy it. It works pretty well. It leaves my hair smooth and straight. The thing is I always have a few ridges in my hair and I could never get rid of them. This iron doesnt get rid of them either. Plus its kind of damaging and snags hair a little. I would probably get the solia over this but its a pretty good iron.posted Aug 21, 2008Link to this post

AnonymousCanadaChi Is Just Symply HorribleOK. people..i have reah a MILLION review in a MILLION different webssites and evryone says CHI is horrible, so i just want to post this because its a shame that people spend this kind of money on horriible products without getting an opinion. Also ive read that people have tried to return them or get them fixed because they have broken and they cant...there is no service..im not talking about the website, this website is amazing! but it is hard or almost impossible to reach the CHI "company" and get a refund. This goes for all CHI straightner models, not only this one. ( and you cans see that these straightners are not made to last or not well made at all because they have to give away a watch to compensate for theur poor product quality..i dont even know why they are so expensive, i mean they trully suck. Also ive read that most people buy them because their stylist recomends it but then they buy it and its crap. SERIOUSLY, save yourself some money and first, READ THE REVIEWS on multiple websites and then just DONT BUY CHI products.Hope this saves you some money (:****recomended amazing straightner instead : -Solia Tourmaline Ceramic Ion Flat Iron (1-1/4")The solia is aperantly amazing acording to 3000 reviews posted.posted Aug 12, 2008Link to this post

KellyDoes Not CloseI love all of the chi products and straighteners. BUT>>>>> every one of the camo flat irons do not seem to close all of the way without squeezing very hard. If you hold it up to the lightyou can see the plates do not meet. They get very hot but hair slides through. dont know what happend at the manufacturer the day these were created.posted Jul 16, 2008Link to this post
