Not So Bad...Ive owned this product for almost three years now, I purchased it at Walmart for under $20. Ive never really had a problem with it, in fact, its always done what I needed it to. Definitly not the best though, but worth the price. My hair has always been reasonably easy to care for, its fairly long, average thickness and mostly straight. And this straightener worked great.Its VERY durable, (I dont know how many times its been dropped, stepped on, smashed, etc.) After about 3 years, its still working, although the heat setting broke awhile back. It wont set at a specific setting, and will come on whatever setting at random. But overall, for the price, I cant complain.posted Apr 10, 2009Link to this post -

Not Very Hot...I bought this iron about 6 months ago...and I use it about once every 6 weeks. I have thick hair and this iron doesnt get hot enough at all... it also doesnt stay hot every so often i have to wiggle the dial so that it will heat up again. The paint fades. and if i want to get my hair even a little straight i have to go over and over and OVER again and it still doesnt do anything but snag my hair!
