Amy M.Ashburn, VAHairCurly HairElegant Design, Button In Wrong PlaceI like T3 a lot. In this case, I like the fact that you can adjust the temperature setting but often my hand would press the on / off button in the front so I have to stop and fix that all the time. It is a little pricey.posted Apr 25, 2013Link to this post

Heather G.BostonHairAuburnNormal HairCurly HairI Searched For A Long Time - And Have No Regrets!I had used a friend's conical wand before, but it was much skinnier than this one and the curls were a little too "kinky" for me. I tried another friend's straight wand that was thicker and I liked it but the curls were a little too uniform. I have always used a traditional clamped curling iron, but when it started to die on me I decided to try the wand because it doesn't fry your ends or tear your hair like a clamp sometimes can. I went with this wand because it's thick enough to handle my long hair, but conical so you have the option to mix the size of your curls up - with bigger curls at the root and tighter ringlets towards the end. I also looked into the reverse cone wand after a hairdresser used on me for an updo. But if I had to recommend the best option I came across - it's this one! Heats quickly, great size, temperature options. The only thing it's missing is a heat sleeve so I can pack it to go!posted Feb 11, 2013Link to this post

Lara S.Levittown, PAHairBlackOily HairDry HairCurly HairColor Treated HairBy Far, My Favorite Hair Styling Tool EverI have always wanted a clipless curling iron, Folica recommended this for me, so this is what I got. The first time I used it I was amazed at how fast, and beautifully it worked. I have long naturally wavy/curly, and slightly frizzy hair. It helped keep the frizz down, while giving me gorgeous perfect spirals. in literally seconds. The single pass technology is seriously amazing. I recommend you read the directions, and maybe watch a video on how to use it if youre a hair beginner, but for me it was easy first try. I think people with long and short hair can use this, but longer hair might be easier. I love that it has a 9 foot swivel cord, and comes with a heat resistant glove. i would recommend this to EVERYONE! :)

JennyGreat Curling Wand, But Limited.I picked this curling wand because I wanted a tapered 1" wand with adjustable heating up to 450 degrees C. I could not find anything that was 1" with the other specs, so opted for the 1.25" instead. It is quite thick and not meant for medium length or shorter hair. It's used best with long hair. Might opt for a 1" wand at this point.posted Nov 2, 2011Link to this post
