Wrap the hair from the base of the curling iron to the tip in a downward direction. Hold for 2 to 5 seconds. • Best Curler I've Ever Owned 5 Star Rating
Tried my friends, loved it, and ended up buying my own! Makes the most perfect curls, even if you suck at styling like I do. Mine came with a glove, which while annoying, really does prevent burns! It's really difficult not to burn yourself, actually, especially when you first try out. So worth it though, because you get long lasting curls in such a shorter time. Well worth the price, mine has lasted me about 2-3 years now I think.

If you have short hair though, it really makes your hair super short! But then again, you are in total control of each curl every time, in just one curling iron, which was probably my favorite. I can do bottom sections different from the top layer, and I never have to change anything except the position of my hand!

    MUST buy, trust me.

  • Must Have!!!!! 5 Star Rating
Love, love LOVE this product!!!! I have used curling irons, flats iron etc. but never have I found a product that works as well, and as fast as this! I am not one who likes to spend a lot of time on my hair (which is a few inches below my shoulders). With this product I can have enough curls and waves in my hair in less than 10 minutes to give me the body I am looking for without the frizz! I am in my 40's and my 24 year old daughter turned me on to this - now my 12 year old is asking me to curl her hair with it all the time! I can honestly say this is one of the best tools I have ever used on my hair.

  • Optimal For Hairdressers. Tricky To Use On Yourself. Outstanding Curl Shape And Hold. 4 Star Rating
I have fine, perfectly straight, shoulder-length hair, thicker in the back and thinner in the front. I often curl my hair because it can hold the curl for several days and a wavy hairdo softens my oval-shaped face, which is on the thin side. Here's my evaluation of this curling iron:

    1) It makes a completely natural-looking, gorgeous wave that looks as if it was done in an upscale salon. This is probably its best attribute.
    2) The wave holds well, even on a rainy day.
    3) It heats up quickly.
    4) It doesn't "fry" the hair. The heat is distributed evenly, and it doesn't need to be at a high heat in order to create a curl with a hold that is long-lasting.
    5) The glove does an excellent job of protecting your hand from the heat.
    6) The manufacturer provides excellent directions for use.

    1) It has no stand attached, so it can't be set down without rolling or without the rod touching the surface it's set on.
    2) There's no indicator button that tells you it has reached its maximum temperature.
    3) There are no temperature controls so that you can set it high or low. My guess is that the manufacturer wanted to control the level of heat so you wouldn't set it too high and burn yourself wrapping your hair around it.
    4) It is very tricky to set your own hair with it. Without a clip, it's very difficult to work with the hair on the back of your head. I ended up curling the hair on the back of my head with another curling iron that had a clip. The drawback is that the curls in the back then have a different shape from the curls in the front.
    5) It is very hard to set the curls as directed on both sides of the head. The instructions are to point it downward and wrap the curl around it with your gloved hand. This works well on the crown, but it's difficult to manage on the sides of the head, and as discussed in #4, it is impossible to accomplish with the hair on the back of the head.

    My recommendation:
If I were a hairdresser, I would want this in my toolbox, because the curl it creates is very superior to one from a clip curler with a symmetrical cylinder. There is no doubt in my mind that the people who developed it knew a lot about hair. This curler won't fry your hair, and it will give you a long-lasting and very beautiful curl. In fact, I am going to have my hairdresser use it on me at my next appointment. However, as a layperson doing my own hair, I found it difficult to use as directed on the back of my head and on the sides. I had to supplement its use with another curling iron that had a clip. In conclusion, I feel that it was developed more for professional use than for a layperson doing her own hair.

  • Long Lasting Curls!!! 4 Star Rating
I've always wanted the most perfect curling hair tool. The enzo milano works well on clean washed hair, heats up quickly , long lasting curls till the next day but it is time taking with the abscence of a clip, multiple burns must wear safety glove...

  • Versatile And Worth The Money 5 Star Rating
I have somewhat curly hair that is highlighted. Needless to say, I have some trouble with frizz. I only wash my hair about every three days, so this is a God-send. On my non-wash days, I spray my hair with a heat gaurd and randomely go through my hair and curl it. You need to use the glove, but I have cut the ends out of my fingers because they were so big. I wrap my hair either at the base for a tight curl or the mid section for a loose curl. The curls are amazing. They are bouncy and look like natural curl, not a curling iron "set". I almost always have someone stop me and tell me how great my hair looks. I have shoulder length hair with slight layers and this thing works great.
