GerrieMinnesotaHairMedium BrownNormal HairHard To Find ItemI've had the butane curling irons for over 20 years and now the irons and cartridges don't seem to be carried in any stores. After all these years the iron still works great, but the cartridges are/were nowhere to be found - EXCEPT on-line. Thrilled to finally find them. Hated to give up the freedom of the cordless curling iron.posted Aug 18, 2011Link to this post

Nell K.USAEasy TravelI've been using Braun butane curling iron for about 20 years. When I found out I couldn't by the refills in the local stores I started searching on line. I am thrilled to be able to order it on line and have it delivered right to me, in a quick turn around.posted Aug 8, 2011Link to this post

Kathleen R.MassachusettsMiss My Braun C21 Immensely!I bought my 1st Braun C21 in the Px in Germany in 1993 and it saved the day for me. I have since owned at least 2 others but because of constant use a replacement is needed asap. I find they are wonderful for touchups at home and traveling they are a must. I would appreciate ordering a new one and would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience.posted Jun 27, 2011Link to this post

Margaret R.HairWhiteFine or Thin HairCurling Brush, CordlessI love this product! I have baby fine hair and find the cordless Smoothstyler gives me just enough curl. Judy G.HairMedium BrownFine or Thin HairI Tell Everyone About This --I love this and the braun curling iron so much that I've stocked up just in case someone stops producing the iron and/or the butane cell. They both go with me wherever I go-no cords, light weight, heats up quickly and I love the product. Nothing works as well for my flimsy hair - it holds a curl and I can fix my limp hair in the car, on the plane, anywhere -- don't need special plugs overseas -- melted a couple of curling irons in Europe...so I am definitely a huge fan...thanks.posted Apr 8, 2011Link to this post

Helena S.Healdsburg, CA 95448HairLight BrownFine or Thin HairBraun Butane Curling IronI like the Braun products. I received the new Butane CT2 products, except it won't be any use to me. My Butane Curling Iron went on the blink SKU-001244, and when I wanted to order a new one, its showed you no longer sell the item. I am very disappointed, I have used this item for many years and there is nothing compared to the Braun Curling Iron. If you know where I could obtain a new one, I would appreciate it.
Thank you,
Helena Schuddeboom

Bette R.West Los Angeles, CAHairDry HairColor Treated Hair'i Looked And Looked"I have used the Braun hair curler for a very long time, and for a very long I have been look for the cartridge to make it work. Finally, I got smart and contacted your company. Could you please send me the instructions on how to use the plastic hair curler that came with the curler and cover. Might not be for my kind of hair, but want to check it out.
Thanks for the quick response.

Al M.Hurst, TXHard To Find Replacement CartridgesMy wife Linda has been using her Braun cordless for years and loves it. The problem is finding the replacement cartridges. She use to buy them at Walgreens. Then they phased them out and she found them at CVS. Then THEY phased them out and she found them at ULTA. I went to ULTA before Christmas because I knew she was out of them and I happened to be near an ULTA only to find out that THEY had phased them out. I went to various other stores that carried Braun products and NONE of them could help me. I went home and looked up the cartridges and found one supplier that was asking $29 for a package of two. Then I found them on Folica for $7.95. I wanted to get them for her for a goofy stocking stuffer and ordered them and got them just before Christmas. Until we can find them again at a local store, which is looking very unlikely, we will continue to order them from Folica.com. THANK YOU!!!!posted Jan 5, 2010Link to this post
