Zeno Manufacturers Won't Take Returned ItemsThe product is not very good at getting rid of acne in that, it not only leaves the skin blemished, it also leaves worsens the inflammation. After the acne goes away within a few days, the red mark left from the heat of the device stays on a few days longer and appears to be another blemish. Also, I purchased another charger from the ZENO web page, and when the charger did not work on my device, I tried to return it with no luck. A Complete Rip OffSo i bought the zeno mini for $50, quite expensive compared to other blemish controlling devices but I figured it worked so it was worth a shot. As soon as i brought it home i realized i was wrong. It does not do anything to your pimples, moreso get rid of them. It takes forever to heat up and on the box of my zeno, it said "45 count tip use" which means i could use it 45 times before it ran out, which it fair. What isnt fair is that I used it only 20 times and after that it stopped working. I do not recommend this product to anyone. BOTTOM LINE: DONT BUY IT UNLESS YOU WANNA GET RIPPED OFF!posted May 23, 2010Link to this post

It Does Not Work At AllI am a 35 year old woman who has been suffering with mild to moderate acne for 20 years. I spent an exorbitant amount of money on this product desperate to find something that would work, after trying every product out there (prescriptions, creams, diets, homeopathic remedies - everything). I was only able to use the product for two days before it died. It indicates that the batteries are dead but I replaced the batteries with new ones twice and it still turns on for a few seconds and then shuts off. Besides the fact that it died, it simply DIDN'T WORK when I was able to use it. If anything, it made the areas around my pimples red and irritated. It basically made my acne worse for two days and then died. A complete and utter waste of money. Unfortunately I can't return it because I had already disposed of the original packaging. I feel really really stupid for buying this product hoping for the impossible. Nothing gets rid of acne. Period.posted Mar 28, 2010Link to this post

I Dislike ZenoI bought into this miracle cure from the tv commercial. I followed instructions carefully. I felt I waisted my money on Zeno. it did not cure my pimples and sometimes made them worse. Maybe the person who is writing rave revues for it works for the company. I'm in my late twenties of age and I'm going to stick with my cleanser and treatment before zeno made my pimples worse.posted Mar 18, 2010Link to this post

It WorksIt has prevented my pimples from filling up with puss. it burned my skin once to the point where it had bubbled up a little but some neosporin took care of that. I lost my charger recently so I dont have it to use on my pimples. wow what a difference. my pimples are huge without my zeno. So i need to find a new charger. Worst Mistake I Ever MadeIm a 33 year old woman who has been has had mild acne my entire life which is sorta controlled by benzoyl peroxide 5 %. I get a bump here a there so I decided to buy zeno. I used the zeno faithfully and was loving the quick response of the tx. Ten days later I began to break out like never b4. I figured it would go away but 2 months later here I am taking antibioitics because of the cystic acne I have now. I believe zeno made my acne turn into something much worse than what I have ever had b4. Is there anyone out there with the same experience? No Doubt - It WorksI got this in desperation as a pimple was developing just at the wrong time, I had wanted to try it for a while but have infrequent skin problems so it seemed expensive. WORTH EVERY PENNY, the swelling and discomfort improved with one use, and continues to help (today is day 2), usually this would take over a week to heal to this stage.
