This Works - And You Can Do Another Exercise For The Eyes Along Side ItI have been facial exercising for a while now, using the Eva Fraser and Carole Maggio methods. While I do not agree that facial exercise makes you look younger per se....it does definitely tone and firm the muscles of the face and neck. The Facial Flex is a good addition to my routine; a little like lifting weights with your mouth corners! I have less sagging around my jaw, although like another poster mentioned, my cheeks have gone rather gaunt looking. If you have deep hollows under your eyes, you can lift the lower eyelids while you use Facial Flex, a little like squinting up with your lower eyelid as you work out. Try to close the eyes without using the upper eyelid. This makes the facial flex more difficult to use, but you feel like you are toning your whole face up to your forehead.posted Apr 23, 2008Link to this post -

Wow! This WorksI have been using facial flex, and doing Facercise/Facial Magic exercise for six months without telling anyone and three people have recently asked me what I have had done by way of cosmetic surgery. You should not believe the change your face in a week nonsense, but it DOES work, if YOU work hard. Facial flex only really targets the cheeks and neck - I have lost my wattle and jowls are starting to disappear - but the other exercises I am doing help the under eye and forehead area. My face has lost that melting wax feeling I used to get when I was tired, it feels toned and firm, and my complexion has benefited from the blood flow to the muscles. Be CarefulAny one who is older with an already slim face should be careful before using this product. It definitely works, like any exercise that builds muscle - but it also gets rid of the fat in your face which we all need to look youthful. You can end up looking very sculpted and quite skeletal. Once the fat pads in your cheeks have gone, you can not get them back. Be careful if your face is already gaunt - you do not want it to be even worse!posted Mar 17, 2008Link to this post

Really WorksI have always had nose to mouth lines, think I was born with them lol. Have been using this a few weeks and honestly they are definitely not as deep.Also, a really strange thing...I can actually feel the muscles in my cheeks which is quite weird. When I smile, I can feel the long cheek muscles if I press gently, so they must definitely be getting a work out.I am 41, and will continue using this device as i think it can only help improve facial structure.i have never reviewed anything before, so take my word and try it.posted Feb 22, 2008Link to this post

Quick FixI had tried various exercises to reduce my double chin, but nothing worked. I saw results pretty fast with this device and it takes little time or effort to progress. I like that it is a very simple program, the device is easy to take with you and that you can get results without waiting for months. Worth Your Money!I <3 the facial flex. After reading all the great reviews on this site, I was convinced to give it a try. Now I have been using the device for about 1 1/2 months and I already have deep definition under my cheekbones. People have asked me if I lost weight!! But take it slow, I think I am going to cut back a little bit because my face is starting to look a emaciated. But for anyone with chubby cheeks, this product is a must!!tip: as others have said, pull back the skin near your nasolabial folds while you exercise, otherwise you may develop deep creases.posted Feb 5, 2008Link to this post

Wow!!Ive been using it for a month now and I definitely see a difference! From the third day I noticed a tightening of the muscles around the jawline and in my case, how the area looks after the muscles receive the initial "shock" is a good indicator of how the area will look later. After a month of use, the sagging jowls around my mouth and that annoying bump under my chin are almost gone! Looking Younger @ 55Ive been using Facial Flex Ultra 4 weeks without telling anyone. This weekend my daughter asked me if I had different make up or mascara on because my eyes looked lifted and my face looked younger. I said no change in the cosmetics...Im using Facial Flex Ultra. Best Alternative To A Face Lift!Im 69 and have been using my Facial Flex for several years now. Definitely firms the underlying facial structure. The tips Ive just read from other users: #1.Wrapping lips over teeth; and #2.Using fingers to smooth nose to mouth corners while using the Facial Flex really makes a difference and I will keep doing these two things.
