Okay so, I am a massage therapist, which means that I have to keep my nails uber short due to the detail work that I do.
It's a pain to paint my nails because they chip every other day. ITs alot of maintenance.
I got shellac, which I love BUT nails grow fast, have to upkeep them and cost a fortune, and damaging to my lunula and nail mantle. I have seen ridges from the nail techs trying to hack away at the remnants.
Anywho, I came across these in the drugstore one day and I decided to try them!
They have the glue affixed to them all you need is peel the back off and press.
I do advise cleaning and pushing back the cuticle a bit, and slightly filling depending on how much you want them to stick.
I take it an extra step and use nail glue for the edges to prevent lifting. I also apply a drop under the free edge for security over the weekend.
Then come Sunday night, I peel them off and I have no damage to my nail what so ever! I do have glue remnants but i just use nail polish remover.
    Done and done!!!!
