As Flat Irons Go...So, I ordered this a while ago. I've had mine for about a year. Originally I had a 2" Vidal Sassoon Flat Iron (Huge and hard to maneuver!) and later a $20 1" Revlon. The Revlon was good for quick things, but as I got to college and was able to get my hair done less and less, I needed something that would get my hair straighter where my new growth wouldn't make my hair stick up. Long story short, I LOVE this flat iron. It's the most money I've ever spent on a hair tool but it has been worth every penny. It's nice to have the heat adjuster on there depending on how much styling I'm doing. With proper maintenance and protection before hand, my hair comes out shiny and soft every time I flat iron. I would recommend to anyone, especially women with thick, coarse, and relaxed hair.

Where Have You Been All My Life!Best flat iron ever. I had to replace a flat iron I bought at a BSO when it stopped working for no reason after 6 months. Pefer Alterna Bamboo Kendi Oil InsteadWhile this is just okay it works but I have the alterna bamboo Kendi oil spray and I really like it better. This sedu is thicker than the alterna and tends to not soak in really good with my long medium thick fine hair when its dry but using when wet is a little better but makes it more oily than my hair is even just using a little. People are different tho. But with my alterna Kendi oil it soaks into my hair very quickly and I can use it on dry or wet hair without it making it greasy or weighing it down.posted This weekLink to this post -

Like Oils More Than CreamsI bought the Sedu straightener and hair dryer so it seemed like the right fit to use their Oil treatment as well. I love the way it works with my hair. I find that oils work better for me than creams and this one is the best one I've used so far. It leaves my hair soft and silky without being greasy. Best Flat Iron I Have Used!!!I have had this flat iron for 6 months and it has exceeded my expectations! I have thick hair with very stubborn waves that I have not been able to completely straighten with my previous flat irons. This iron straightens my hair in just one pass with the heat set at only 340 degrees, and my hair stays straight all day! The Sedu Revolution was priced a bit higher than I originally wanted to spend, but it was worth every penny. It leaves my hair pin straight, smooth, silky, and so shiny....I love it! It heats up in less than 1 minute (you can tell when the led light turns purple) and the automatic thermostat maintains even heat throughout styling. I was also impressed by the quality of the materials; the outer portion is metal instead of plastic so it is very durable. I got the pink color and just love it! Great ProductI purchased this and I am quite suprised. It smells wonderful kinda like vanilla. I find its best to use on dry hair even though wet hair is optional. Must use in small amounts too much can make hair greasy. I will continue to use this product. and i do reccomend it to others to buy.It also take away the fly- away stray hairs and leaves them down for the day.posted Last weekLink to this post

This Straightner Literally Melted!I had the worst experience with this straightener. It slowly overheated as I was straightning out my hair so it burned about half of my hair. I walked away for about 5 minutes and when I came back the plastic on the straightener had literally melted off! Its been about 4 months and my hair is STILL damaged.
