JenniferBest Wax!I have tried quite a few different types of wax and this is by far the best I have found. It does actually decrease the discomfort of waxing (a little it does not work miracles) and it does a very good job of getting the fine hairs. It also comes off easily (I have had some I swear that bonded with my skin).posted Apr 29, 2012Link to this post

Karima M.Yonkers, New YorkHairBlackCurly HairThick or Coarse HairMy Favorite WaxI had my doubts about this blue goo. However, a visit to well-reputed waxing salon in New York City changed my mind. They used azulene for my Brazilian and I have to say it was the easiest, most pleasant wax I've ever received. The hair comes off with the wax with just one attempt whereas with the harder wax, sometimes you rip and find the wax, hair and part of the strip still on your skin.Ouch! Also, this came off more easily. There was very little residue left over so I didn't suffer the uncomfortable post-wax stickiness.
Part of this amazing wax experience of course was due to the skill of the practitioner. Still, I had to try it at home on my legs see if it worked just as well and was just as painless. I have no idea why but azulene has been the easiest, least messy, least sticky and yet most effective wax I've used. The consistency (when properly warmed) is perfect (when properly warmed) - just thick enough to stick to hair and thin enough to apply thin layers easily. I now look for this wax before any other.posted Dec 12, 2011Link to this post
