SueGeorgiaBion Auto Soap DispenserI purchased this dispenser over one year ago. We installed above the had-wash sink in the schools kitchen. It is used appx 24-30 times in a six hour shift, 180 days a year. It has performed extremely well and we have not even replaced the batteries yet. It is perfect if you do not want to cross-contaminate by touching the soap dispenser. I would highly recommend this to any commercial kitchen user as well as to the home kitchen.posted Jul 21, 2008Link to this post

AnonymousCheshire, Ct.Great ProductIt works just great. The kids use a lot less soap and there is no mess to clean up after. I can see at a glance when a refill is needed and the key means only the person who hold the key can open it. It was easy to install and has a nice clean look.posted Nov 22, 2006Link to this post

Dawn WeatherwalkUSABion Automatic Soap DispenserUPDATE: After purchasing 3 of these soap dispensers for my home, 1 out of the 3 is malfunctioning. If I had to guess I would say something wrong with the electronic sensor since batteries have been tested and are new showing full charge. The dispenser will on rare occasion dispense soap when hand is placed under unit...and if you get excited that its finally working and try to place your hand under again for a 2nd portion it normally WILL NOT work. Also I have witnessed it even dispensing at random. I am still very impressed with the other 2 that continue to work like champs and feel that I probably got a defective one out of the original batch, since it can and does happen.I just wish I would have caught it ahead of time since this was purchased a while back for my bathroom and seemed to test fine when I threw batteries into it before storing in my attic, but wasnt actually installed and ran (until recently-this week) due to remodeling delays.posted Nov 16, 2006Link to this post

Dawn WeatherwalkUSABion Automatic Soap DispenserI purchased 3 of these when they first became available through the website for my bathroom. 1 to use next to my sink for soap, and 2 for using next to my bath for holding shampoo and soap. These are great! They DO NOT drip and hold an unbelivably large amount of liquid so their is no need for frequent refilling. They dispense just the right amount unlike other dispensers I have used in the past! The only problem I have encountered with only 1 of the dispensers is that every time we shut the bathroom light out it will dispense a single portion of liquid--although the fix is easy and we just slide the switch to the off position at the end of the night. Hanging is extremely easy with the slide off backing you are basically guaranteed to get a nice level hanging the first time-No need to repeatedly drill/screw holes in your walls multiple times for the perfect fit/hang. They also give my bathroom a clean professional look and with the clear container you can always tell when you are getting close to needing to refill. But what really sold me was the fact that I didnt need to have yet another plug running across my already small bathroom & that these worked on 4 double AA batteries instead ,which at first I thought would have to be changed constantly-but was Definately wrong...Ive already had mine up for a few months and they are still working beautifully and I have yet to change any of their batteries! I am definately a satisfied customer :o)posted Nov 12, 2006Link to this post

AndrewDallas, TXGreat Product And Easy To InstallRecently got this product about 1 month ago and Ive installed it in the garage mainly because my wife puts on her running shoes there and does not want to go back into the house. Dispenses as advertised using Purell hand sanitizer but maybe because of the Texas sun, it would always drip after the initial dispense. Other than that, its a great product and works.posted Aug 1, 2006Link to this post

Joseph TraversoLimited Applications, Incomplete InformationSince the plastic base screws to the wall, it cannot be secured to mirror or marble walls. In addition, this product requires a 4 inch clearance underneath, in order to avoid false sensor triggerings and unwanted spills (you learn this from the printed manual). So it is only useful for walls that extend high up above sinks.posted Jun 23, 2006Link to this post

KeebaREDMOND, WAGreat Overall!WORKS WELL... I BOUGHT 2 FOR BATHROOM AND KITCHEN AREA. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE LARGE STORAGE FOR LIQUID PRODUCT. ONLY MINOR PROBLEM IS ONE UNIT WILL CONTINUOUSLY CYCLE (DISPENSING LIQUID) IF A HAND IS PLACED UNIT IT. THE OTHER UNIT DISPENSES ONCE AND YOU NEED TO MOVE YOUR HAND AWAY AND REPLACE IT TO GET ANOTHER DISPENSE ACTION.BOTH UNITS ARE WELL MADE (AS FAR AS I CAN TELL). THE "SUCK-BACK" MECHANISM WORKS WELL- IN TWO MONTHS OF MODERATE USE (10-15 TIMES/DAY) BOTH UNITS HAVE ONLY DRIPPED TWICE. OVERALL, IM SATISFIED WITH THEM.posted Jun 15, 2006Link to this post
