AnonHydrates, But Leaves Hair Less Than SoftI bought this product with reluctance, considering the price tag. It claims to make coarse hair soft and managable as well a hydrated, so I had high expectations for it when I hopped into the shower. It does hydrate my hair, which is coarse and rather dry now that it is wintertime. However, having followed the intructions pretty closely (I put it in my hair after using the Sleek.look shampoo and gently squeezing excess water out of my hair, leaving it in for 5 minutes and then rinsing thoroughly) I found that it made my hair feel kind of weird. Not hard, necessarily, but not soft, either. You would kind of have to use it to understand the feel. My friend says that she gets the exact same feel to her hair when she uses Bed Head Self Absorbed conditioner though, so maybe it is a side affect of deep hydration?.. Anyway, the bottom line: moisturizes hair and leaves it reasonable managable and frizz-free, but gives it a strange feel to it while wet. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend, but not before the Matrix Biolage Ultra-Hydrating Balm, which leaves hair super soft and managable as well as hydrated. No, I will not buy this again.1 out of 1 shoppers thought this review was helpful.
