Satin Smooth Ultra Sensitive Zinc Oxide Wax

JudyGrabs SkinI have used this wax for several months now, giving it the benefit of the doubt. 80% of the time, it grabs some of my skin, peeling a thin layer off. It takes about 4-6 days for it to scab and recover. I always make sure the wax is not too hot when applied. This wax is marketed towards sensitive skin and it is very abrasive! I do not recommend this wax.posted Aug 23, 2009Link to this post

KaylaHamilton, OntarioGreat StuffIve used this stuff for over a year and its great. If its clumpy for you, perhaps you need a new wax pot...It especially works well on sensitive skin on your face. When I had to go on acne products for my skin it left it very sensitive and regular wax would take layers of skin off. I have never had that happen with this product, even on the thin skin of my eyebrows.I use it on my legs too and it works very well, but might not be totally ideal for those with very thick hair. Make sure its completely heated before you use it or it might not grip the hair by the root.posted Feb 2, 2008Link to this post

Tawnya KModesto, CAI Don't Like This Product!!!I have had many clients break-out with this wax. Its almost as though the wax is burning the clients skin and I know its not too hot because I check it on myself before applying it.posted May 22, 2007Link to this post

Adela HanicSatin Smooth Zinc Oxide WaxI did not like this wax at all because it did not grab all the hair and it went on really choppy and clumpy but at the same time it was really liquidy. This wax made it really hard to go really fast because it was so goopy and messy.posted Aug 17, 2006Link to this post

Ana MariaPlymouth, MNIt's OkayIt doesnt really help with the breakout prevention, at least not for me. The wax is great, but I dont know if its that good at minimising breakouts, hehe, but dont take my word for it, everyones skin is different hehe:)posted Mar 4, 2005Link to this post
