This Epilator Is My New Best Friend!I can not believe how well this worked. I was prepared for the pain. It's a no brainer that it would be painful to pull hundreds of hairs out in a matter of minutes. What I wasn't prepared for is how many of the hairs were actually pulled out. Very few hairs broke off. I had a couple of ingrown hairs but made sure I exfoliated very well before and after. (A little painful after.) No More Hairy Chinny, Chin, Chin!Finally, no hair on my face. One of the embarrassing parts of aging is growing hair where you don't need it or want it. I've tried paying for waxing, but my beard grows so quickly that I needed to have my chin waxed more than once a month. I started doing the waxing myself which worked for a while, until I ended up with chunks of sticky wax on my chin - MOST UNPLEASANT! I decided to try the epilator, despite being concerned about the pain. So far, I've ONLY used it on my face. You don't use it as you do a shaver. Instead, you go after each individual whisker. It feels like you're being stung by a bee. Annoying but not unbearable! The best part is I no longer spend most of my interactions with people rubbing my chin! Good ProductGood on larger areas such as legs, less suitable for underarms, a bit too large in shape for it. It does plug well even longer hairs. I like that it runs on batteries, hence can be used anywhere (dry!).posted Dec 12, 2012Link to this post -

Awesome Product!I recently purchased this product and absolutely love the results. The product works better than anything I have ever tried before!
I have dark thick (beard like) hair on my chin and it is beyond emberassing. It took me maybe 5 minutes (if that long) and the hair was gone and my skin was smoother than it has been in years!
In the past I have used the tweeze and it took me a good 20 minutes to remove the hair and i still had to use tweezers.

Better Than My Electric EpilatorI have been using an electric epilator for a couple of years now and have loved it. I was looking for a battery operated one so I can use it anywhere without having to worry about looking for an outlet. I was not expecting too much from this unit because I thought that battery power would not be as strong as electric. Boy was I wrong. This epilator works better than my old electric one. It is made well to fit in the hand easily and has two settings. I was also surprised that it did not cause me pain as my electric one still does. This unit glides on the skin making it super easy to use. It has a good weight to it when the batteries are put in and cleaing the unit is easy. Smooth & Painless!!!This is my 1st epilator; I have been afraid of them due to the horror stories that I have heard. I have to tell you that I was MOST SURPRISED with the results of Emjoi Divine Battery Epilator! WOW! Not only did it do a great job of removing hair from my chin, upper lip & bikini line - it was painless (& I am a BIG BABY!!!!) Tweazing & waxing is MUCH MORE unpleasant than the epilator process! I have used this only once - so I can't report on the long lasting effect of it yet, but just had to let all of you know - THERE IS NO LONGER FEAR IN THE EPILATOR WORLD - THANKS TO THE EMJOI DIVINE BATTERY EPILATOR!!!! Oh, I almost forgot... THE PRICE!!!! $29.99!!!! and I bought it when they had $10.00 off all products... $19.99 try that for a wonderful epilator!!!! BEST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT!!!! Best Purchase Of 2012I know it's Only April, but I bought this and I couldn't be happier. So easy to use, Haven't used it in a week and I don't need to. Don't get me wrong ladies it does hurt at very first, but after a second or two it stops. You get used to it, but I also have a high pain threshold, just FYI. I also have a lot of coarse hair, so my very first time using it, I was at it for a while. Like maybe an hour+, because I wanted to make sure I got every hair. I did both of my under arms and my bikini line. I had to try again the next day, because I was afraid my skin would get irritated, but I had no problem there. Just make sure you exfoliate in the shower before and/or after if you feel like it. But definitely worth the purchase if you like to be hairless, like me and don't want to visit a spa every 3 weeks. :)posted Apr 13, 2012Link to this post
