A Life Saver!This product has literally given me my life back. I am a female, very dark brown hair, and have significant hair loss. This is an inexpensive, fast and easy way to achieve a cosmetic result that has, as I previously stated, given me back my life...anyone who says this product does not work, is not using it correctly. There was a slight bit of a learning curve for me, but once I learned how to apply it best for my type of hair, it worked perfectly. As for being too messy, it's not. If it is making a mess for you, then you need to fine tune your application technique. And finally, if a little bit of dark fiber in your bathroom sink is too much for you to deal with, you are either not bald enough, insecure enough, or not vain enough to be worried about a hair loss concealer! Really Happy With The Results!In my late twenties, been thinning for the better part of a decade now. It's pretty awful. That said, Organin is awesome. It's really the best hair loss concealer I've tried - noticeable if you look for it, but generally pretty inconspicuous. Very easy to apply, and takes very little time. I've used sprays and the DermMatch caked powder, and this is a lot quicker and makes your hair look fuller even. And my hair loss situation is BAD. I haven't tried swimming with it, my guess is it doesn't hold up - but that's okay, better than nothing. The product does make a mess and runs out quickly (a bottle lasts me only a month and a half or so) but it's worth it all the same.posted May 11, 2011Link to this post

Fabulous!It works great! My hair is thinning to the point i was considering hair extensions or hair transplant in the future. After too much searching for possible solutions to my problem i came up accross this product and decided to give it a try. Great Stuff !People who are writing bad reviews seem to expect miracles, as though they hope this product will actually grow hair. If you are completely bald where you want to apply the product, don't waste your time. If you are just thinning, this product will work wonders. Although I had to experiment and wound up using 2 different colors together, once you get the right blend it matches perfectly and easily stays in with hair spray unti you wash it out.

Colors Didn't Work For My HairIn an attempt to get a color match I first bought the light brown, which was too dark and too "purple" for my light brown hair and as a result, the powder stood out and was noticeable.
I returned the light brown for the dark blonde. It is way too light for my natural hair color and looked like I sprinkled flour on my root area. So I guess there is no match for me in this brand's product.
I ended up buying XFusion light brown hair fiber and it was perfect for my shade. XFusion is literally undetectable on my scalp.
I guess I am stuck with the light blonde Organin. Buying hair products can really add up when they don't work for you!
By the way, if you are looking for a GREAT styling product for thinning/fine hair, look into the Sexy Big Hair line of products. I bought the Blow Out Gel (use 2 "squirts") and the Flip It Over spray for texturing and lift and my hair looks like it did in my 20s.. Not What We Had HopedEhhh. Sadly we are returning this product. Bought it for my boyfriend who has some thinning hair up front. It did add coverage but was just too weird for him to be pouring messy powder in his hair (took quite a bit to actually get some coverage) and the color looked off even though we bought light brown for light brown hair.
