MikeSeems Good, But....I used this product for only two weeks. And then I read that one of the main ingredients is Triclosan. Triclosan is basically a pesticide. When it combines with chlorinated tap water and sunlight, it produces dioxin, a very dangerous and toxic chemical. So if you wash your hair, apply the product, and then go outside... your out of luck. US law states that any company using Triclosan must have it clearly labeled on the box. (So you can avoid it if you want). I had high hopes for this product, but choose to stop using it, especially since the Nanosome delivery system may cause the Triclosan to go deep into the skin and possibly enter the bloodstream. Do a websearch about Triclosan saftey. The only websites who say its safe are the manufacturers of this toxin. This product also leaves a yellow, oily residue on your scalp and seems to make hair dry and brittle. Anyway, Im switching to a 12.5 minoxodil lotion w/ Azelatic acid instead, which is supposed to work on the hariline.posted May 5, 2006Link to this post

TonyLos AngelesTony From Los AngelesIve been using Spectral DNC for six weeks now. I have been using Rogaine for several years. My hair did seem to shed slightly at first; however within two weeks Ive noticed my scalp to be much looser than previously and while I havent experienced any new growth yet, each individual hair follicle appears thicker.I must warn you that I have natural platinum hair and if Im not careful with the application it turns my hair a yellowish color. Needless to say, Id rather be golden blond than bald.Anyway, Im pleased with results thus far and am anxious to see if I get any new growth in the next few months.posted Feb 28, 2006Link to this post

MattSan Francisco, CAThe Only Way To Get AminexilThis is the first product in the USA to contain the European hairloss treatment Aminexyl. This product combines it with the FDA approved hair growth ingredient Minoxidyl (aka Rogaine). Upon use I noticed 2 things- it does not make your hair oily like other minoxidyl based products, and within 60 days I saw some light new hair growth. I will continue to use it.posted Feb 19, 2006Link to this post
