Daniela B.NVHairMedium BrownThick or Coarse HairRelaxed HairLove It!I read many reviews before buyng this product and some where good and some not so good and one or two bad!
I really love it! I I just finished my hair and it was easy to apply even if you have a lot of hair like me. This was the only problem- I think I could have used almost double of the product to ensure all the coverage! But I like the foam which makes it really easy to apply, the color came out as expected and my hair is really soft. The box says "do not use to try to get more than two shades different than your hair color, so please just follow the directions!posted Sep 24, 2011Link to this post -

TaraFort Worth, TxHairLight BrownColor Treated HairThick or Coarse HairGreat Home Hair Dye!!I usually go to the salon and go blonde w/ hi lites, but I decided to go back to light brown my natural color. I didn't have the money to go to the salon so I bought this instead. It worked great my hair color looks awesome! I was worried it would be blotchy or not color the right color, but it worked and it's super easy to do by your self. I will defanetly by this again....posted Aug 7, 2011Link to this post

Jean A.CTHairMedium BrownCurly HairColor Treated HairThick or Coarse HairLove This Product - Dyeing My Own Hair For 40 YearsI have been dyeing my hair since I have been 20 years old. Always went lighter. Dark brown to light brown to blond. Now I am 60. I have tried every product on the shelf. I had my hair dressing license so I did shop for professional products. I did go back to store bought products because of ease of use.
I love this product!
Covers alll my gray and my hair looks and feels the best ever. It is so easy to use and I found that the color is perfect and does match the color expected.
My recommendation for store bought products is to try going 1 shade lighter the 1st time trying a new product. I stay away from ash colors and golden colors as well. I don't wnat darker shades or reds added to my hair. I found the best approach is natural blond and natural brown shades. Good luck with whatever product you choose.

YosraCanadaHairBlackCurly HairThick or Coarse HairHorrible!!Do NOT buy this hair dye ever! The colour is completely misrepresented. I ended up going through 3 more hair dyes to fix the mess it did to my hair.posted Jul 21, 2011Link to this post

Megan V.HairMedium BrownNormal HairDry HairCurly HairColor Treated HairFine or Thin HairBeautiful ColorMy hair is: Sometimes curly, sometimes straight, usually color treated. I used it this way: followed the directions but kept it on ten minutes less than suggested My results were: excellent! I liked it because: the foam makes it easy to apply, and it doesn't drip and isn't as messy as other hair colors I've used. I would recommend it because: it's easy to apply and you don't make a huge mess!! Final thoughts: The directions suggest to use the entire bottle for my length of hair. However, since it was foam, it just kept coming! I thought I was over saturating my hair, but even after putting the entire bottle into my hair, the foam held true and didn't make a mess - no dripping! My hair ended up a little darker than the color on the bottle but after a day or two, it went back down to the color shown on the bottle. I am satisfied, and will definitely be using this dye again! Note to those who tend to be slightly messy when applying around the forehead/ear area: if you get some dye on your skin, put some hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball - it rubs the dye right off of your skin! -VIP Reviewerposted Jul 6, 2011Link to this post

DeborahWashington, DCHairDark BrownColor Treated HairHuge MistakePurchased and used the dark brown, applied exactly per instructions on hair that was a healthy, shiny dark brown. What emerged from the shower was a flat, black, dull head of hair. Huge mistake to have switched brands. I normally use L'Oreal's Sublime Mousse and my hair looks stunning. Now it looks like a cheap dye job and dull as shoe polish. Huge mistake. Thought a John Frieda product would be superior. Wrong, wrong, wrong.posted Jun 19, 2011Link to this post

JHairDark BrownNormal HairResult....did Not Cover My Greys, But The Overall Color Is Nice.Read lots of review and finally decided to give it a try, primarily for its 100% grey coverage as advertised...used 4BG which is close to my nature hair color and 30-minutes wait-time. First time user of home permanent hair coloring. Result....did not cover my greys, but the overall color is nice. Therefore, I gave it 2-stars.posted Jun 2, 2011Link to this post
