AliceCanadaHairBlondeDry HairColor Treated HairBad DeveloperDon't buy this developer. I figured this was just a regular developer (I wanted it to mix bleach, and toner with it), and ordered it. But this product is extremely hard to use because it has the consistency of water! This might be good if you need a developer that is really, really thin, but I like thick, cream developers because they mix better and they don't run everywhere, so I've never used it more than once, and next time I ordered Wella Color Charm Cream Developer 30 vol. 32 oz. which worked great.3 out of 4 shoppers thought this review was helpful.
