Jennifer G.MinnesotaHairDark BrownNormal HairFine or Thin HairSmells Great But Left My Hair And Too DryThis product smells great. I won't lie. However, I noticed that it seems to leave my hair and scalp drier than usual.(Which in my case is a big issue since I deal with dandruff.) I still use the deep repair mask and that seems to be good for my hair but the shampoo is just a whole other story. I really want to be in love with this shampoo but I'm just not.posted Dec 13, 2012Link to this post

MadelineHairMedium BrownDry HairCurly HairFine or Thin HairMixed Reviews?I read over a lot of the reviews and find that this shampoo should generally be used IF you have damaged, oily, dry, etc. hair. My hair and scalp are fairly dry and damaged and I tend to look for all of the secrets to nice hair. I tried Macadamia for the first time today and found that already, it made my hair feel softer than most shampoos and didn't leave my scalp dry and flaky. Hopefully I can say the same thing after two or three more washes.
If you have hair that isn't really in need of Macadamia's rejuvenating feel, aim for something different.posted Oct 9, 2012Link to this post -
Kami P.Maumelle, ARHairBlondeColor Treated HairFine or Thin HairChemically Treated HairI Am Not ImpresssedShampoo has a great smell. I prefer the Alterna caviar and bamboo lines. This shampoo is lack luster and does not do much for my hair. I will not repurchase. It makes my hair feel dry and course.posted Sep 24, 2012Link to this post

BethOregonHairLight BrownCurly HairColor Treated HairThick or Coarse HairRich ! ! !I have dry, wavy, colour treated hair. A small amount of this shampoo made great suds and gave rich lovely soft hair. I didn't have to use as much of my regular conditioner with this shampoo either. Now to get their conditioner and see the results wtih them both. Nice product.posted Sep 15, 2012Link to this post

T S.HairAuburnColor Treated HairThick or Coarse HairMacadamia Natural Oil Shampoo And RinseI've been using DermOrganic shampoo/conditioner for a while now, but wanted to try the macadamia. Used the shampoo and rinse and I must admit, I was not impressed with now my hair felt wet (no "slip" and difficult to comb compared with Dermorganic). However, when dry my hair felt wonderful - soft and silky.posted Aug 21, 2012Link to this post

SabineFloridaHairDry HairFine or Thin HairChemically Treated HairGreat Product ,I wrote a review also on the conditioner. This line is great. I have fine bleached hair . My letting my hair grow . Because of the bleaching my hair was very dry and dull looking. After using the shampoo and the conditioner I saw a big difference, my hair looks now healthy, shiny and the ends are much more nourished than before. For me this gets all thumps up. I'm glad I got it . Good luck. I think you will not sorry buying this product, posted Aug 15, 2012Link to this post

BetsyHairMedium BrownDry HairCurly HairColor Treated HairThick or Coarse HairGreat ShampooThis is a gentle non sulfate shampoo. It's great that it actually has a lather unlike most other non sulfate shampoos. This line of products is a great investment. My hair hasn't been this healthy in a long time!posted Feb 29, 2012Link to this post

Jane P.I Wanted To Love This ProductSince I adore natural products, especially the new oils in syling products which are actually good for your hair, the description and the ingredients list for this product got my hopes up pretty high. While I don't dislike this shampoo, I was disappointed that it does have that "soapy" smell that I like to avoid, (although it didn't have a really harsh smell like dishwashing liquid that some do). I tried and liked the Healing Oil Treatment in the Macadamia Natural Oil line (smells yummy). I was just disappointed with the shampoo, perhaps because I had my hopes so high when I ordered it. Another thing it does NOT do as described is leave your hair feeling so moist and nourished you don't need to use a conditioner. My hair is not damaged or all that dry, but I am used to using a conditioner after shampooing (three times a week), and I had to use another brand of conditioner b/c at least one comment was that you don't need one with this shampoo. In my case--wrong. Left my hair feeling a bit drier than usual, if anything.posted Aug 24, 2011Link to this post
