Very NiceFor starters, i tried this because it was on sale. To start with, I really like the shampoo & conditioner. They smell nice too. They make my hair very soft too. I do not think honestly I would buy this if it is not on sale because i find it very high priced and the bottles are kinda small being 8 oz. I use these sometimes not as my all the time shampoo/conditioner. Since I am reviewing the entire collection, i also think the bottles are kinda boring looking just being white. I definetely would consider re-purchasing the deep conditioner as it seems like it would last longer because i don't need to use it all the time and it really makes my ends of my hair very soft and I really like it. As far as the serum, it's nice but again pricey and i find cheaper products to use as a hair serum. Good Sales PitchI was not impressed with the GLOSS Moderne High-Gloss products. I ordered the Shampoo, Conditioner, Mask, and Serum. I did not use the mask because I was unsatisfied with the shampoo, conditioner and serum. The directions are more of a sales pitch than instruction on how to use these products.
I have natural, thick, coarse, colored hair that needs to be tamed with every wash.
After three washes using the GLOSS Moderne High-Gloss shampoo, I did not feel that my hair was thoroughly clean and my hair shriveled up like a brillo pad. Even after I used the conditioner, my hair was still hard to manage. I had a very difficult time combing through my hair. I then applied the Serum, the results were the same. After blow drying my hair, I did notice that my hair was glossy but very frizzy and puffy. I applied a little more of the serum on my now dry hair before straitening my hair with my BaByliss flat iron . The serums instructions said you can use on wet or dry hair. The Serum is water based, which is ok if your hair is wet however, water-based serums are a "no, no" for dry, natural hair that you are trying to straighten.
On a positive note, the products do smell good and leave a glossy look on your hair, however, gloss does not mean moisture. Lastly, in my opinion, this product is grossly over prices for the amount that they give you.

At Least It Smells NiceI am so disappointed! I requested and received this for Christmas since the price was much too high for me to justify going out and purchasing such an expensive hair care collection (that said, I've spent far too much on products that don't work). I wanted to eat it; it smelled so so so good. That said, on my frizz-prone, 3a curls, the set did nothing. I've used it multiple times, sometimes both shampoo and conditioner or the deep conditioner and sometimes without shampooing. Currently my hair isn't keratin treated (Brazilian blowout did jack for me). My curls are still frizzy and undefined.
While others may have had a great experience with this product, I regret putting this on my Christmas list. The bright side is I received a sample for Mixed Chicks leave-in conditioner and it works wonders. Women with curls and frizz -- don't bother with Gloss Moderne.posted Jan 1, 2012Link to this post -

Too Soon To TellI ordered this serum because I use the masque which i totally love so i figured i would give it a try. I have not been using the serum consistently, and I haven't used it in conjunction with blow drying yet; have only air dried. It smells nice, absorbs well in dry hair, but I am not blown away as yet. I have to see how well it works with the blow dryer for smoothing and shine. I have frizzy dry color treated hair. The masque helps a lot with improving shine, and it was my hope that this product would as well, but it's really too soon to tell as yet. Not Worth The $$This gloss does not work at all. It is completely overpriced and I could not even tell the difference after leaving it in for 20 minutes. It smells amazing but that is about it!
