  • Not Just Great For Volume! 5 Star Rating
I love that this shampoo does not have sulfates or at least it didn't when I bought it over a year ago so always double check- honestly I wish it were marketed towards more people looking into that, because I don't really think it helps with volume. It doesn't strip my hair the way other volumizing products do- and I've used this with thermally reconditioned hair, my natural hair, styling it straight and curly, and I have fine and thin hair. I really like the feel of this, I've noticed it's easier to detangle my hair with conditioner after using this shampoo than other shampoos. I also love the smell. Overall, I love this shampoo, and it's definitely in my top five.

Some have problems with the fact that it does not lather as much as your typical shampoo with surfactants (sulfates) in it- but that is typical of a lot of low-poos and those familiar with co-washing will know what I'm talking about. My advice to those with this concern is the best way to use this is to distribute some in your finger tips, massage into your scalp, and then activate the product and distribute it by quickly putting your head under the shower head to add a little bit more water and it will distribute better.
