Works As AdvertisedThis dry teasing dust is pretty unique, in that it is powder that feels wet when you first shake it on, but then turns dry as you work it through your roots, giving you a "dirty hair" kind of feel, which makes it great for dry teasing, or giving your roots some decent volume, even if you don't tease. It feels gritty in your hair, so if that bothers you, you may want to try something else. For me, I have thinning hair, so I use a root boost spray in wet hair, amplifier in the rest of my hair and when I'm done, I use this product to give a little more staying oomph to the roots of my hair from falling flat. It works pretty well. The powder is white, but completely disappears into dark brown hair. Not a HG product, but better than others.
