Fhi Heat Hot SauceI really like this product and have used it for years. It really does help maintain your hair when you use straightening irons, blow dryers, etc. However, while the new bottle looks really sleek, modern, and professional, the pump action does not work. No Go For The Price And QualityIt's not that great. I was using genaric brand "Joico K-pak split end mender" from sally and they both are the same quality except one is 6 dollars as opposed to 15. Works Really Well...After some research and reviewing a number of heat protecting serums I decided to go with FHI Hot Sauce and try it out. And this product did as promised. I have that rare combination of curly/fine/dry hair and I use heat to control it. So I needed something that would not only protect my hair but also improve it. Over time, I saw that my hair was a little stronger and retained more moisture after using this product. Of course, you have to pair this with using a very good hair dryer, flat iron and brush. I have naturally curly hair and it protects my hair from the heat of the curling iron.
I have been using Hot Sauce for a couple of years now and I don't have the split ends I used to by using this product.
You only use a small amount and it lasts a long time.

Great ProductI haven't tried the product since they have changed the packaging, but after using it the first time I noticed a huge difference in my hair. Do Not Purchase!This has been a frustrating purchase! I have used this product previously (before they changed their bottle). I don't have anything against the product...it's fine. However, the packaging of this product is absolutely HORRIBLE. It is a pump, so there should be a tube that goes down the middle of the inside of the bottle. When I discovered this, I called Folica and the rep agreed that there should be one, so they sent me out a new bottle. Well, sure enough, still no tube. It's impossible to use without having to take off the lid and making a big mess each time. When I tried calling the 800# on the bottle, it was a completely different company.
