Leaves Hair So Manageable! :)I have used this product for a while now. It leaves the hair soft and manageable. The product smells great. I have frizzy straight hair and it works well. My aunt has very curly, long hair and she loves it too. (Leaves her hair manageable) It seems to work for many hair types. For those who think its a bit pricey, trust me its worth it! You just need a little bit of product, leave it in your hair for 20 minutes and its makes a huge difference. :D Try it! (The picture was taken after using the product and straightening my hair.)

Certainly A Deep Conditioner, But Not For My Hair Type Unfortunatelyi bought this deep conditioner because CHI always has good reviews and people who have used it seemed to have liked it. Unfortunately it wasn't so great for my hair type. I am Chinese and have very very dark black hair (dyed to brown) and its naturally wave and soft (not the typical Asian hair). While having this one, my hair was actually quite dry and not oily, but once rinsed out dried... the oil never really all came out and was weighing down on my hair. I think it does the work of "conditioning" and I can see that my hair is not as brittle, but its not something one should use all the time.
I thought it was really useful though, when I used it before a piano concert performance I had to do. I used it the night before my performance. and the day of the performance, my hair was still pretty oily. It protected my hair from the hot curling irons and all the blow drying that the hair stylist was doing :)posted Jan 8, 2011Link to this post -

I Think It Depends On Your Hair TypeI tried this product. My hair is fine and limp, and this product weighs it down too much. It is hard to completely rinse out the first day. After washing again and using a different conditioner, my hair was more normal. I do think it has improved the overall condition of my hair, but I only use it on days when I don't care what my hair looks like.posted Apr 11, 2010Link to this post

Fantastic Conditioner!I use this reconstruct conditioner as a daily conditioner and once a week for a deep conditioner for 20 minutes. I have fine hair and it does not weigh my hair down or make it gummy like other conditioners. It leaves your hair shiny and easy to comb through. It's the best I have used!
