Hg PomadeI love this product, though I never thought I needed a pomade. A Deva stylist used this on me, and completely changed my mind. It is magical at melting away any residual crunch after I SOTC (scrunch out the crunch), and leaves my hair soft, with well defined curls. The scent is lovely, and when used over Kinky Curly Curling Custard, the combined aromas are heavenly. After I SOTC, I scoop out a small amount, about the size of a baby pea, spread it between my hands, then smooth it over my hair as if I were making a ponytail, finishing by holding the ends in my hands briefly. Not Devacurl's Best ProductI am a fan of DevaCurl. I love the product line. I use the No-Poo, One Condition, and AnGell products. I wanted a boost, so I purchased the Set Me Up. I used it previously, a while back, and I forgot why I stopped using it, though I remembered I used the whole thing. I became confused as to all the rave reviews about DevaCurl because I always applied Set me Up before AnGell, and the results were absolutely and insanely undesirable and a head full of frizzy 3c curls. After I discontinued the use of Set me Up and only use No-Poo, One Condition, and AnGell, my curls were soft, defined, and beautiful. For months, I never had a bad hair day. I always had compliments, everywhere I went. This product is a NO NO. Stick to the 3 basics.posted Feb 6, 2010Link to this post
