Great Performance - But Won't Wash OutI love what this did for my wavy hair - the hold was tight, stiff but it gave me long-lasting volume. The fragrance almost knocked me over. Finally, I could not wash this product out of my hair. I had to shampoo 3 times and condition twice with different products to get this out of my hair. It really scared me. Won't Weigh Down Fine Curly HairThe '80s taught me to be afraid of mousse, but this product has cured me! Most products for curly hair seem to be aimed at people with thick hair, so they weigh down my hair too much and actually relax the curl. PlayCurl is great because it encourages my fine hair to curl without weighing it down. It's also a LOT less crispy than '80s mousse, though I do need to finger-comb out a few stuck strands here and there.
I can honestly say that this product is one of the main reasons I stopped chemically straightening my hair, because I've finally found something that makes my curls look good!posted Jun 28, 2012Link to this post -

Gives Bounce To Us Less-than-curly Girls!My hair is fine and, depending on the day, varies between a 2a and a 3a (not super curly). I tried this product as a recommendation from a friend and was pleasantly surprised. It may be a little pricey, but I've found the best results with it out of the many many curl products I've used in the past (most just weigh my hair down, make it crispy, or don't give enough bounce). Also, I follow up with the heat & humidity gel, which gives my hair the hold I need to keep it's curl pattern all day.
